झारखंड में सरकारी नियुक्तियों को गति देने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री चम्पाई सोरेन की उच्च स्तरीय बैठक

रांची, 13 जून 2024 – मुख्यमंत्री श्री चम्पाई सोरेन ने सरकारी विभागों में रिक्त पदों पर नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया को तेज करने के लिए आज वरीय अधिकारियों और झारखंड कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (जेएसएससी) के अध्यक्ष के साथ एक उच्च स्तरीय बैठक की। मुख्यमंत्री ने चयन प्रक्रिया को समय सीमा के भीतर पूरी करने का सख्त निर्देश दिया और सभी प्रतियोगिता परीक्षाओं की प्रक्रिया सितंबर महीने तक पूरी करने का निर्देश दिया।

गोपनीयता और पारदर्शिता पर जोर

मुख्यमंत्री ने जेएसएससी को सभी प्रतियोगिता परीक्षाओं में गोपनीयता और पारदर्शिता बरतने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि किसी भी प्रकार की अनियमितता या पेपर लीक होने पर दोषियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

आठ प्रतियोगिता परीक्षाओं से 35,000 पदों पर नियुक्ति

बैठक के दौरान जेएसएससी अध्यक्ष प्रशांत कुमार ने मुख्यमंत्री को जानकारी दी कि आयोग आठ प्रतियोगिता परीक्षाओं के माध्यम से लगभग 35,000 पदों पर नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया चला रहा है। इनमें स्नातकोत्तर प्रशिक्षित शिक्षक, डिप्लोमा स्तर संयुक्त प्रतियोगिता, नगर पालिका सेवा संवर्ग संयुक्त प्रतियोगिता, औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण सेवा, प्रारंभिक विद्यालय प्रशिक्षित सहायक आचार्य (इंटरमीडिएट और स्नातक स्तर), महिला पर्यवेक्षिका, सामान्य स्नातक योग्यता धारी संयुक्त प्रतियोगिता, और पारा मेडिकल संयुक्त प्रतियोगिता परीक्षाएँ शामिल हैं।

पुलिस भर्ती प्रक्रिया में तेजी

मुख्यमंत्री ने पुलिस महानिदेशक को निर्देश दिया कि झारखंड उत्पाद सिपाही प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा 2023 और झारखंड आरक्षी प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा 2023 के अभ्यर्थियों का शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षण जल्द से जल्द शुरू करें। पुलिस महानिदेशक ने बताया कि झारखंड उत्पाद सिपाही प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा के अभ्यर्थियों के शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षण इसी माह शुरू हो जाएगा।

पारदर्शिता और आधुनिक तकनीक का प्रयोग

मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षणों में पारदर्शिता और निगरानी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए आधुनिक तकनीक के उपयोग पर जोर दिया।

सरकारी प्रतिबद्धता

मुख्यमंत्री ने दोहराया कि युवाओं को रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने के लिए सरकार पूरी तरह से प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी नियुक्तियों में नियुक्ति नियमावली और रोस्टर का पालन हर हाल में किया जाएगा।

इस उच्च स्तरीय बैठक में मुख्य सचिव श्री एल० खियांग्ते, मुख्यमंत्री के अपर मुख्य सचिव श्री अविनाश कुमार, प्रधान सचिव श्रीमती वंदना दादेल, पुलिस महानिदेशक श्री अजय कुमार सिंह, जेएसएससी के अध्यक्ष श्री प्रशांत कुमार, मुख्यमंत्री के सचिव श्री अरवा राजकमल, एडीजी श्री आरके मलिक, स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता विभाग के सचिव श्री उमाशंकर सिंह और कार्मिक विभाग के पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
