ग्राम संपत्ति पोर्टल से संबंधित उपायुक्त ने की समीक्षात्मक बैठक

गुमला: जिले में संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं अथवा निर्माण कार्यों की पारदर्शिता को बनाए रखने के उद्देश्य से उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की पहल से “ग्राम संपत्ति” नामक ऑनलाइन पोर्टल की शुरुआत की गई है। जिसमें विभिन्न विभागों अंतर्गत जिले में किए जाने वाले निर्माण कार्यों की अद्यतन स्थिति, पूर्व में हुए निर्माण कार्यों की जानकारी सहित एजेंसी एवं किस वर्ष में कौनसे निर्माण कार्यों को पूर्ण किया गया है से संबंधित सभी जानकारी उपलब्ध होगी, जिसे आम नागरिक भी देख सकते हैं एवं अपना फीडबैक भी दे सकेंगे।

इसके अलावा विभागों द्वारा अपडेटेड डाटा अनुसार किसी भी निर्माण कार्य में डुप्लीकेसी की संभावना भी खतम हो सकेगी। साथ ही पोर्टल में अपडेटेड डाटा के अनुसार निर्माणाधीन कार्यों की स्थिति को भी मॉनिटर किया जा सकेगा। जिले में संचालित ग्राम संपत्ति योजना के तहत जिले के सभी सरकारी भवनों अथवा किसी भी योजना अंतर्गत हुए किसी भी प्रकार के निर्माण कार्यों के समीप एक QR Code भी लगाएं जा रहें हैं एवं उक्त QR Code को स्कैन करके कोई भी व्यक्ति उक्त भावन/ निर्माण कार्यों से जुड़े सम्पूर्ण जानकारी को प्राप्त कर सकेंगे एवं उक्त भवन /निर्माण कार्य से संबंधित अपने फीड बैक तथा समस्याओं को भी अपलोड कर सकेंगे, अपलोड किए गए फीडबैक/ शिकायत सीधे संबंधित विभाग के को दिखेगा एवं उस समस्या का निदान किया जाएगा जिसकी मॉनिटरिंग जिला स्तर पर उपायुक्त के द्वारा की जाएगी।

इसी क्रम में आज शनिवार को उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में ग्राम संपत्ति योजना से संबंधित समीक्षात्मक बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक में उपस्थित सभी इंजीनियरिंग विभागों को उनके द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों की जानकारी ग्राम संपत्ति पोर्टल पर नियमित रूप से अपलोड करने का निर्देश दिया। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने अच्छी क्वालिटी के फोटोग्राफ्स के साथ सभी डिटेल जानकारी के साथ पोर्टल पर अपलोड करने की बात कही। उन्होंने

उपायुक्त ने सभी निर्माण कार्यों / भवनों / योजनाओं के बाहर शत प्रतिशत रूप से QR Code लगाने का निर्देश दिया एवं अगले 2 दिनों के अंदर सभी संबंधित विभागों को QR कोड लगाए जाने से संबंधित रिपोर्ट की मांग की।

उपायुक्त ने सभी वैसे अचल संपत्ति जो किसी विभाग द्वारा बनाया गया है परंतु वर्तमान में उसका उपयोग नहीं हो रहा है या ऐसे भवन जिसका 80 से 90 प्रतिशत निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण है एवं शेष कार्य काफी वर्षों से अधूरा है या ऐसे भवन जिनका निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण हो चुका है परंतु उक्त भवन का वर्तमान में कोई उपयोग नहीं हो रहा है जैसे संपत्तियों की सूची संबंधित विभागों को उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया गया ताकि उन सभी भवनों का आवश्यकता अनुसार उचित उपयोग किया जा सके।

उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित इंजीनियरिंग विभागों को निर्माणाधीन योजनाओं को स समय पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया। एवं सभी कार्यों की विवरणी ग्राम संपत्ति पोर्टल पर अपलोड करने की बात कही। इस दौरान उपययक्त ने अब तक अपलोड हुए डाटा की भी समीक्षा की उन्होंने कह कि पोर्टल पर आने वाले समय में जिले के नागरिकों के द्वारा लगातार समस्याओं को अपलोड किया जाता रहेगा, उक्त शिकायतों को सभी अधिकरण सकारात्मक रूप से लेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि यह एक मौका है जिले के नागरिकों को सरकारी तंत्र के प्रति विश्वास दिलाने का, जितनी जल्दी समस्याओं का निवारण होगा उतना ही अधिक विभागों को नागरिकों से जुड़ने का मौका मिलेगा।

अतः अपने कार्यों को निष्ठापूर्वक रूप से करें ।साथ ही उक्त समस्याओं से सीख भी लेंगे सभी ताकि आने वाले समय में एक तरह की समस्या बार बार न हो। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभागों को मासिक रूप से अपने रिपोर्ट को ग्राम संपत्ति पोर्टल नियमित रूप से अपलोड करने की बात कही, उन्होंने कहा कि ग्राम संपत्ति पोर्टल के माध्यम से विभागों सहित एजेंसियों की भी नियमित समीक्षा की जाएगी।

इस दौरान बैठक में मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला, जिला योजना पदाधिकारी, जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी,संबंधित इंजीनियरिंग विभागों के कार्यपालक अभियंता एवं सहायक कार्यपालक अभियंता सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
