गुमला जिला प्रशासन की नजर में एक सक्सेस स्टोरी: शांति देवी की सफलता

गुमला जिला अंतर्गत सिसई प्रखंड के कूदरा गांव की निवासी शांति देवी की कहानी प्रेरणादायक है। शांति देवी और उनके पति चंद्र उरांव पहले खेती-बाड़ी करते थे, लेकिन सही तरीके से नहीं कर पाने के कारण घर में आय नहीं हो पाती थी। शांति देवी के घर में एक बेटा और तीन बेटियां हैं। बच्चों की पढ़ाई, घर खर्च और शादी के लिए आय का स्रोत ढूंढना मुश्किल हो रहा था।

शराब बेचने का निर्णय

शांति देवी ने दूसरों को शराब बेचते देख कर शराब बेचने का निर्णय लिया। 2014 से 2019 तक, वह सप्ताह में तीन दिन पड़ोसी बाजारों में हड़िया और दारू बेचती थीं, जिससे महीने में 800-1200 रुपये कमा कर घर चलाती थीं।

कोविड-19 के दौरान चुनौतियां

कोविड-19 के दौरान बाजार में जाकर शराब बेचना बंद हो गया और आय का रास्ता बंद हो गया। 2021 में, कोविड-19 के खत्म होने के बाद शांति देवी ने फिर से शराब बेचना शुरू किया। उसी समय, फूलो झानो आशीर्वाद अभियान के तहत सर्वे किया गया और अभियान के बारे में जानकारी दी गई। शांति देवी ने अपनी इच्छा जताई और अभियान में शामिल हो गईं।

सब्जी व्यापार में कदम

2022 में, शांति देवी ने शराब बेचने के साथ-साथ सब्जी का खरीद-बिक्री भी शुरू कर दी। उन्होंने महसूस किया कि सब्जी के व्यापार में ज्यादा मुनाफा और इज्जत है। उन्होंने छोटे स्तर पर सब्जी का व्यापार शुरू किया। फूलो झानो आशीर्वाद अभियान के तहत, शांति देवी को 10,000 रुपये का ब्याज मुक्त ऋण मिला, जिससे उन्होंने सिसई ब्लॉक चौक पर प्रतिदिन सब्जी की दुकान लगाना शुरू किया।

सब्जी व्यापार की सफलता

शांति देवी प्रतिदिन 800-1000 रुपये सब्जी खरीद-बिक्री कर मुनाफा कमा लेती हैं। उनकी बेटी भी उनकी मदद करती है। शांति देवी ने कहा, “मैं आसपास के सभी बाजारों में जाती हूँ, गाँव के किसानों से सस्ती सब्जियाँ खरीदती हूँ और सिसई के दुकान में बेचती हूँ। जब सब्जियों की महंगाई होती है, उसी समय मेरी अच्छी कमाई होती है।”

परिवार की खुशहाली

शांति देवी ने अपनी एक बेटी की शादी कर दी है और बाकी दो बेटियों और बेटे को अच्छे स्कूल में पढ़ा रही हैं। उन्होंने शराब बेचना छोड़ दिया क्योंकि वे अपने परिवार को शराब से दूर रखना चाहती थीं। शांति देवी ने कहा, “मैंने शराब बेचना इसीलिए छोड़ा क्योंकि मैं अपने परिवार को शराब से दूर करना चाहती थी, जिसमें मैं सफल रही। अभी परिवार के सभी सदस्य खुश हैं और सब्जी व्यापार से अच्छी आय हो रही है।”

शांति देवी की यह कहानी साबित करती है कि सही मार्गदर्शन और मेहनत से किसी भी कठिनाई को पार किया जा सकता है। उनकी सफलता ने न केवल उनके जीवन को बदल दिया बल्कि अन्य लोगों के लिए भी प्रेरणा का स्रोत बनी।
