सीएम हेमंत सोरेन की जमानत के खिलाफ 29 जुलाई को सुनवाई संभव, SC में अगर HC का फैसला निरस्त हुआ तो, बढ़ेंगी हेमंत की मुश्किलें

रांची : झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन को झारखंड हाईकोर्ट से मिली जमानत को हर हाल में खारिज कराने के लिए प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की थी, अब उसपर सुनवाई 29 जुलाई को संभव है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के न्यायाधीश जस्टिस बीआर गवई और जस्टिस के वी विश्वनाथन की खंडपीठ में ईडी की याचिका सूचीबद्ध है. बता दें कि हेमंत सोरेन की जमानत का ई़डी ने विरोध जताया था. ईडी का कहना था कि हाईकोर्ट का यह कहना कि हेमंत सोरेन के खिलाफ प्रथम दृष्टया कोई मामला नहीं बनता, हम इसका विरोध करते हैं और इस मामले में हमें सुप्रीम कोर्ट जाएंगे। ईडी ने माना है कि हाईकोर्ट के आदेश में कई प्रक्रियागत चूक हुई है इसलिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपील करना जरूरी है. हेमंत सोरेन को 28 जून को हाईकोर्ट से जमानत मिली थी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में 29 जुलाई को सुनवाई होती है और अंतत: अगर हेमंत सोरेन के खिलाफ फैसला आता है तो, झारखंड सरकार के लिए मुसीबत आ सकती है.

 भाजपा अपने मकसद में कामयाब नहीं हो पाएगी, राष्ट्रपति शासन लगाने की मंशा विफल होगी

दिल्ली के सूत्र बताते हैं कि भाजपा ईडी के सहारे सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपनी दलीलों से हाईकोर्ट के फैसले को निरस्त करवाने में अगर सफल हुई तो, झारखंड की सरकार में शामिल विघ्नसंतोषियों को रोकना मुश्किल हो सकता है. केंद्र इस मौके का फायदा उठाकर राज्य में राष्ट्रपति शासन लागू कर विधानसभा चुनाव कराने के अपने मकसद पूरा हो सकता है. सूत्र बताते हैं कि हेमंत सोरेन को दुबारा जेल भेजने में ही भाजपा अपनी भलाई समझ रही है. झामुमो के सूत्र बताते हैं कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट में हम अपनी दलील पेश करेंगे, लेकिन इतना जान लीजिए कि झारखंड में राजनीतिक अस्थरिता कायम करना भाजपा का मकसद है. और ऐन केन प्रकारेण राष्ट्रपति शासन लगाने की मंशा है, लेेेेकिन उनकी मंशा सफल नहीं होगी.वहीं दूसरी ओर झामुमो के एक पुराने कार्यकर्ता का कहना है भाजपा के रणनीतिकार झामुमो-कांग्रेस के विधायकों के संपर्क में हैं. खबर है कि कोल्हान में भाजपा के मैनेजर झामुमो के विधायकों के विधायकों पर डोरे डाल रहे हैं. वैसे चंपाई सोरेन को मंत्री बनाकर झामुमो ने डैमेज कंट्रोल कर ऑपरेशन लोटस की धार को कुंद जरूर किया है. कार्यकर्ता का कहना है कि झामुमो के अंदर ऊपर से भले सबकुछ ठीक दिख रहा है लेकिन अंदरखाने कोलाहल की स्थिति बनी हुई है. ऑपरेशन लोटस का अभियान सफल हो सकता है.
