गुमला: गुमला जिले के डुमरी में स्थित दैनिक हिंदुस्तान के वरिष्ठ पत्रकार आरिफ आलम का कल शाम 7:15 बजे निधन हो गया। वे लंबे समय से बीमार थे और उनका इलाज चल रहा था। उनके निधन से पत्रकारिता जगत में शोक की लहर दौड़ गई है।
आरिफ आलम एक प्रतिष्ठित और ईमानदार पत्रकार के रूप में जाने जाते थे। उन्होंने कई वर्षों तक दैनिक हिंदुस्तान के लिए अपनी सेवाएं दीं। उनकी रिपोर्टिंग और लेखन शैली की सभी ने सराहना की थी। उनके निधन पर गुमला जिले के पत्रकारों और अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्तियों ने गहरा शोक व्यक्त किया है।
अंजुमन इस्लामिया के सदर मुशाहिद आजमी और सचिव मकसूद आलम ने भी गहरा शोक जताया है। वरिष्ठ पत्रकार शहजाद अनवर ने कहा कि आरिफ आलम एक मिलनसार और खुशमिजाज व्यक्ति थे, जिन्होंने सभी वरिष्ठ साथियों से आदरपूर्वक व्यवहार किया। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि उनके आखिरी समय में उनके ब्यूरो चीफ अमरनाथ कश्यप ने एक बड़े भाई का फर्ज निभाया और हरसंभव सहायता की।
आरिफ आलम के परिवार में उनकी पत्नी और दो बच्चे हैं। उनके निधन से गुमला जिला के पत्रकारिता जगत में एक बड़ी क्षति हुई है। सभी ने उनकी आत्मा की शांति के लिए प्रार्थना की है।
यह घटना पूरे पत्रकारिता क्षेत्र के लिए एक बड़ी क्षति है, जिसे भरना मुश्किल है।
