शिक्षा मंत्री व सहायक अध्यापक संघर्ष मोर्चा की बैठक में इपीएफ पर सहमति बनी, कैबिनेट की अगली बैठक में मिल जाएगी मंजूरी

रांची : शिक्षा मंत्री बैजनाथ राम ने बुधवार को झारखंड राज्य सहायक अध्यापक संघर्ष मोर्चा की वार्ता में कई मुद्दे पर सहमति बन गई है. वार्ता का मुख्य बिंदु इपीएफ का मामला था। इपीएफ में सरकार सहायक अध्यापक की हिस्सेदारी और विभाग की हिस्सेदारी वहन किया जाएगा। वार्ता के दौरान यह भी तय हुआ कि नए नियम के अनुसार योग्यता के आधार पर आश्रितों को नौकरी मिलेगी। अभी तक शहरी क्षेत्र के सहायक अध्यापकों को चार प्रतिशत हर वर्ष मानदेय की वृद्धि नहीं हो रही थी। कैबिनेट की अगली बैठक में इसकी मंजूरी मिल जाएगी। इसके बाद अनुकंपा के नियम में बदलाव पर सहमति बनी. शिक्षा मंत्री के साथ वार्ता में सुदिव्य कुमार सोनू, राजेश कच्छप, अमित यादव और विभाग की ओर से शिक्षा सचिव उमाशंकर, परियोजना निदेशक आदित्य कुमार रंजन, ओमप्रकाश मिश्रा तथा कई अन्य अफसरों ने हिस्सा लिया.

वार्ता में सीटेट को जेटेट के समतुल्य मानदेय मिलने पर भी सहमति बनी

वार्ता के दौरान कहा गया कि चार प्रतिशत मानदेय वृद्धि के लिए सहायक अध्यापकों को प्राधिकार कमेटी के कई पदाधिकारियों से सेवा संपुष्ट कराना पड़ता था, जिसमें बहुत परेशानी होती थी, लेकिन अब इससे छुटकारा मिल गया। वार्ता में सीटेट को जेटेट के समतुल्य मानदेय मिलने पर भी सहमति बनी। वार्ता में विनोद तिवारी ने शिक्षा मंत्री से कहा कि आकलन उत्तीर्ण सहायक अध्यापकों को वेतनमान दिया जाए। आकलन पास सहायक अध्यापक कठिन परीक्षा से गुजरे हैं। सरकार की मंशा साफ रहे तो कुछ भी संभव हो सकता है। बिहार में लालू प्रसाद यादव ने 1994 में अप्रशिक्षित लोगों को शिक्षक बना दिया था। झारखंड की वर्तमान सरकार को भी इस पर अपनी सहमति देनी चाहिए। इस बात का वार्ता में शामिल सभी सदस्यों ने जोरदार समर्थन किया। वार्ता में सहायक अध्यापक की तरफ से विनोद तिवारी, विनोद बिहारी महतो, सुशील पांडेय, विकास कुमार, संजय दुबे, ऋषिकेश पाठक, भागवत तिवारी, प्रदुमन कुमार सिंह, निरंजन डे, बेलाल अहमद, शेख सिद्दीकी, नरोत्तम सिंह मुंडा और बैद्यनाथ महतो शामिल हुए।
