भाजपा-जदयू के बीच कई सीटों पर फंसा है पेंच, पूर्वी जमशेदपुर में रघुवर-सरयू की अदावत को ढुल्लू महतो ने और बढ़ाया…अगड़ी-पिछड़ी की आग को हवा देकर आलाकमान को पेसोपेश में डाला

रांची : विधानसभा चुनाव में एक बार फिर सरयू राय बनाम रघुवर दास के बीच ठन गई है. भाजपा-जदयू के बीच सीटों के तालमेल को लेकर पूर्वी जमशेदपुर हॉट सीट बन गई है. शुरू में ऐसा लग रहा था ओडिशा के राज्यपाल बनने के बाद रघुवर दास अभी चुनावों से दूर रहेंगे. क्योंकि केंद्र ने राज्यपाल बनाकर रघुवर दास जब ओडिशा भेजा तो लगा था कि अब पूर्वी जमशेदपुर में सरयू राय के लिए मैदान साफ है. लेकिन रघुवर के तेवर से यह तय लग रहा है कि पूर्वी जमशेदपुर राजनीतिक अखाड़ा बनने की ओर अग्रसर है. दोनों दलों के बीच पूर्वी जमशेदपुर को लेकर पेंच फंसा हुआ है। इसीलिए सीटों के तालमेल पर अंतिम फैसला होना अब इतना आसान नहीं प्रतीत हो रहा है। इसलिए जमशेदपुर पूर्वी का विवाद केंद्रीय नेतृत्व के पाले में है। इस मामले को सुलझाने में अभी केंद्रीय नेतृत्व मगजमारी में मशगूल है. वैसे असम के सीएम व झारखंड के चुनाव सह प्रभारी हिमंता विस्व सरमा रघुवर को मनाने के लिए ओडिशा के राजभवन का चक्कर लगा चुके हैं. लेकिन लगता है कि रघुवर मानने को तैयार नहीं हैं.

पूर्वी जमशेदपुर सीट पर रस्साकशी जारी

वैसे 4 अगस्त को सरयू राय के जदयू में शामिल होने के बाद से ही रघुवर दास भुवनेश्वर से दिल्ली-जमशेदपुर का दौरा करना शुरू कर दिया था. चुनाव लड़ने की आशंका में मद्देनजर दिल्ली से रघुवर को यह संदेश भेजवाया गया कि अभी उन्हें राज्यपाल ही रहना होगा. इसके बावजूद रघुवर दास एड़ी-चोटी का जोर लगाये हुए हैं. उनके समर्थकों का कहना है कि पूर्वी जमशेदुपर से पांच बार विधायक रहे रघुवर अपनी परम्परागत सीट सरयू राय के लिए नहीं छोड़ना चाहते हैं. उन्होंने इसे प्रतिष्ठा की लड़ाई बना ली है। ये उनकी जिद है कि सरयू राय पूर्व की तरह पश्चिम सिंहभूम से ही चुनाव लड़ें. उधर, सरयू राय पूर्वी जमशेदपुर सीट को किसी भी कीमत पर नहीं छोड़ना चाहते. पेसोपेश में पड़ा केंद्रीय नेतृत्व बीच का रास्ता तलाश रहा है। भाजपा का एक बड़ा खेमा चाहता है कि सरयू राय पूर्वी के बदले अपनी पुरानी सीट पश्चिमी जमशेदपुर से चुनाव लड़ें। लेकिन सरयू राय इसके लिए फिलहाल तो तैयार नहीं दिखते. वे लगातार पूर्वी जमशेदपुर चुनाव की तैयारी में जुटे हुए हैं।

ढुल्लू अगड़ा-पिछड़ा कर किसका खेल बिगाड़ रहे हैं…?

राजनीतिक विश्लेषक मानते हैं कि सरयू राय का मामला पूरी तरह से बिहार के सीएम नीतीश कुमार के हाथ में है। सरयू राय ने कह दिया है कि नीतीश जो फैसला लेंगे,  उसे वह मानेंगे। वहीं सरयू राय के मुद्दे पर प्रदेश नेतृत्व चुप्पी साधे हुए हैं. भाजपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष बाबूलाल मरांडी की ओर से अभी तक कोई अधिकृत नहीं आया है लेकिन हिमंत विस्व सरमा और लक्ष्मीकांत बाजपेयी ने रघुवर के मामले में साफ कहा है कि अभी वे राज्यपाल हैं. पूर्वी जमशेदपुर से उन्हें चुनाव लड़ाने की बात कोरी कल्पना है. इस बीच धनबाद के सांसद ढुल्लू महतो ने जमशेदपुर में एक प्रेसवार्ता में जिस तरह से अगड़े-पिछड़े को लेकर जहर उगला है. इससे पार्टी की छवि धुमिल हुई है. अगड़ी जाति के लोगों में गहरी नाराजगी पनपी है. सरयू राय के समर्थकों की ओर से इसका पुरजोर विरोध किया गया है. सरयू राय से ढुल्लू महतो की अदावत जगजाहिर है. आरोप है कि इसका फायदा उठाकर रघुवर दास ने ढुल्लू महतो को एक सुनियोजित योजना के तहत जमशेदपुर भेजा था. हालांकि ढुल्लू महतो की इस हरकत पर रांची से लेकर दिल्ली तक बड़े राजनेताओं की ओर से उन्हें किसी तरह की हिदायत नहीं दी गई है. वहीं नीतीश कुमार भी खामोशी अख्तियार किये हुए हैं. ढुल्लू महतो ने जिस तरह से सरयू राय के खिलाफ विषवमन किया है, उन्होंने ऐसा कर किसका खेल बिगाड़ने का काम किया है, यह आनेवाला समय बताएगा. दरअसल, जदयू-भाजपा में सीटों के बंटवारे पर कई पेंच फंसे हुए हैं, ये केंद्रीय नेतृत्व के लिए फिलहाल सिरदर्द बना हुआ है.

एनडीए की कई सीटों पर केंद्र नेतृत्व हल्कान

भाजपा-जदयू क्या आजसू में भी कई सीटों के बंटवारे को लेकर दोनों ओर से रस्साकशी जारी है. जदयू के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष खीरू महतो अपने बेटे के लिए मांडू की सीट चाहते हैं। लेकिन यह सीट आजसू के खाते में है। टुंडी और ईचागढ़ का विवाद भी अभी नहीं सुलझा है। आजसू भाजपा में ईचागढ़ पर विवाद बना हुआ है। टुंडी पर आजसू और जदयू दोनों की दावेदारी है। सुदेश महतो टुंडी के लिए जोर लगाए हुए हैं। खबर है कि कुछ स्थानीय नेताओं से उन्होंने फोन पर बात कर टुंडी में समर्थन की मांग की है। दावा छोड़ने को कहा है। इधर, बड़कागांव पर भी भाजपा ने अंतिम रूप से कोई फैसला नहीं लिया है। यहां आजसू की दावेदारी है। चंद्रप्रकाश चौधरी के भाई रोशन लाल चौधरी यहां से चुनाव लड़ना चाहते हैं। वह दो बार चुनाव लड़कर हार चुके हैं। रोशन लाल को लेकर आजसू में भी मतभेद है। वजह एक ही परिवार के वर्चस्व के कारण विरोध है। चंद्र प्रकाश चौधरी गिरिडीह से सांसद हैं। उनकी पत्नी सुनीता चौधरी रामगढ़ से विधायक हैं। इस बार भी वह चुनाव लड़ेंगी। ऐसे में एक सीट उनके भाई के लिए और दी जाए यह शायद हो संभव हो पाए। रोशन लाल चौधरी यदि बड़कागांव से चुनाव लड़ते हैं और पार्टी उन्हें उम्मीदवार बनाती है तो फिर परिवारवाद का आरोप लगेगा। भाजपा की नजर कांग्रेस विधायक अंबा प्रसाद पर है। राजनीतिक समीकरण अभी भी उनके पक्ष में है। ऐसे में भाजपा उन पर डोरे डाल रही है। अंबा को लेकर ही बड़कागांव में पेंच फंसा हुआ है. यहां भाजपा के पास भी कोई मजबूत उम्मीदवार नहीं है। दरअसल, नीतीश कुमार कुछ कहने या नड्डा-शाह से मुलाकात करने से परहेज कर रहे हैं. इसलिए भाजपा-जदयू की कई सीटों को अभी होल्ड पर रखा जाएगा. इनमें हर वो सीट शामिल है जिस पर विवाद बना हुआ है.
