सीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस में नवचयनित प्रबंधकों के लिए एक दिवसीय उन्मुखीकरण कार्यशाला आयोजित, उच्च शिक्षा मानकों पर जोर

रांची में झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद के तत्वावधान में आज एक दिवसीय उन्मुखीकरण कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें नवचयनित स्कूल प्रबंधकों को राज्य संचालित सीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस की दिशा में किए गए प्रयासों की जानकारी दी गई। राज्य शिक्षा परियोजना निदेशक श्री शशि रंजन ने कार्यशाला को संबोधित करते हुए प्रबंधकों को शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता में सुधार लाने पर विशेष जोर देने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि सीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस को विद्यार्थियों के समग्र विकास का केंद्र बनाते हुए एक मिसाल स्थापित करने की जरूरत है।

उच्च शिक्षा मानकों को प्राथमिकता देने की आवश्यकता

श्री शशि रंजन ने स्कूल प्रबंधकों से कहा कि सीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस के सभी विद्यालयों में पढ़ाई के उच्च मानकों को लागू करना अत्यंत आवश्यक है। उन्होंने प्रबंधकों से आग्रह किया कि वे इन विद्यालयों के वातावरण में सकारात्मक बदलाव लाएं और शिक्षा के स्तर को बेहतर बनाएं। शिक्षा विभाग का लक्ष्य है कि इन स्कूलों में पढ़ने वाले छात्रों को एक सुदृढ़ शैक्षणिक आधार मिले, जो उनकी भविष्य की शिक्षा के लिए महत्वपूर्ण होगा। रंजन ने कहा कि सीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस को भविष्य में ऐसे विद्यालय के रूप में स्थापित करना है जो राज्य के अन्य स्कूलों के लिए एक मार्गदर्शक और प्रेरणा स्रोत बनें।

प्रबंधकों के अनुभवों से स्कूलों में बदलाव की उम्मीद

श्री शशि रंजन ने प्रबंधकों को उनके अनुभव और कौशल का सही दिशा में उपयोग कर स्कूलों में सुधार लाने का आग्रह किया। उन्होंने इस दिशा में शिक्षकों और प्रबंधकों के संयुक्त प्रयासों का महत्व बताते हुए कहा कि राज्य में बदलाव लाने के लिए सशक्त शैक्षणिक प्रबंधन आवश्यक है। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि नियमित मूल्यांकन और शिक्षा के स्तर पर प्रगति का निरीक्षण करने के लिए एक राज्यस्तरीय तंत्र विकसित किया गया है जो इन सीएम स्कूलों में हो रहे सुधारों का अनुश्रवण करेगा।

स्कूल प्लान में बदलाव और परीक्षा की तैयारी पर जोर

आगामी परीक्षाओं के मद्देनज़र, श्री शशि रंजन ने सभी प्रबंधकों से सीबीएससी बोर्ड के मानकों के अनुसार शैक्षणिक योजना तैयार करने की सलाह दी। दिसंबर और जनवरी में आयोजित होने वाली प्री-बोर्ड परीक्षाओं की तैयारी के मद्देनजर, उन्होंने स्कूल के प्रत्येक शिक्षक से पूर्ण सहयोग की अपेक्षा जताई। उन्होंने कहा कि विद्यालयों की सफलता प्रबंधकों की कार्यशैली और उनकी योजना पर निर्भर करेगी और सफलता प्राप्त करना ही उनकी निष्ठा और कार्यकुशलता का प्रमाण होगा। श्री शशि रंजन ने सीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस के प्रबंधकों से यह अपेक्षा की कि वे ऐसे स्कूल प्लान तैयार करें जो छात्रों की हर शैक्षणिक चुनौती का सामना कर सके।

विद्यार्थियों के समग्र विकास की दिशा में एक सशक्त कदम

इस कार्यशाला में यह भी बताया गया कि सीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस राज्य के अन्य विद्यालयों के लिए प्रेरणा का स्रोत बनेगा। राज्य शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद का उद्देश्य है कि इन स्कूलों में समग्र विकास के अवसर मिलें और इन स्कूलों को सभी आवश्यक शैक्षणिक संसाधनों से सुसज्जित किया जाए। कार्यशाला के अंत में सभी नवचयनित प्रबंधकों को निर्देश दिया गया कि वे स्कूल के प्रगति के साथ-साथ बच्चों के शैक्षणिक विकास का भी आंकलन करते रहें।
