90 के दशक में पांच आदिवासियों की भूख से हुई कथित मौत को लेकर सुर्खियों में रहे गाण्डेय विस क्षेत्र इस बार गरीबी के लिए नहीं, अपितु कल्पना सोरेन के चुनावी समर कूदने की वजह से सुर्खियों में है, कल्पना की चर्चा झारखंड से लेकर दिल्ली तक में है.

गिरिडीह : झारखंड विधानसभा चुनाव में गिरिडीह जिले की गाण्डेय विस सीट प्रदेश की बेहद हॉट सीटों में एक है। नब्बे के दशक में पांच आदिवासियों की भूख से हुई कथित मौत को लेकर सुर्खियों में रहे गाण्डेय क्षेत्र इस बार गरीबी के लिए नहीं, अपितु झारखण्ड के दिशोम गुरु राज्य में सतारूढ़ झारखण्ड मुक्ति मोर्चा अध्यक्ष शिबू सोरेन की पुत्रवधू सीएम हेमंत सोरेन की पत्नी विधायक कल्पना सोरेन के चुनावी समर में होने के कारण सुर्खियों में है।
इस सीट पर झारखंड से लेकर दिल्ली तक की निगाहें टिकी हुई हैं. यही कारण है कि देश के सभी खबरिया चैनलों के अलावा सोशल मीडिया के छोटे-बड़े सभी पत्रकार कल्पना के इंटरव्यू के लिए आ रहे हैं.
विपक्षी खेमा कल्पना सोरेन की हाजिरजवाबी से हतप्रभ है. कई बड़े राजनीतिक विश्लेषकों ने कल्पना सोरेन को हेमंत सोरेन से अधिक कुशल राजनीतिक वक्ता मान रहे हैं और उनकी राजनीतिक परिपक्वता के कायल हो गए हैं.
कल्पना ने उपचुनाव में 26 हजार से अधिक वोटों से जीत दर्ज की थी
गांडेय में वर्ष 2019 चुनाव के चुनाव में जेएमएम के डा. सरफराज अहमद ने भारतीय जनता पार्टी के प्रो. जेपी वर्मा को पराजित किया था। लेकिन झारखण्ड में बदलती राजनीतिक परिस्थितियों के कारण विगत दिसम्बर में डा. अहमद ने विस की सदस्यता से इस्तीफा दे दिया और अब वे राज्यसभा के सांसद हैं।
डा. अहमद के इस्तीफे के बाद रिक्त हुर्ई गाण्डेय सीट पर जेएमएम की शीर्ष नेत्री सीएम हेमंत सोरेन की पत्नी कल्पना मुर्मू सोरेन को पार्टी आलाकमान ने इसी वर्ष संसदीय चुनाव के साथ हुए उपचुनाव में प्रत्याशी बनाया। पति हेमंत के जेल में रहते हुए सक्रिय राजनीति में आयी कल्पना सोरेन अपने पहले चुनाव में भाजपा के दिलीप वर्मा को करीब 26 हजार वोटों के अंतर से पराजित कर पहली बार विधायक बनी।
70-80 हजार मुस्लिम-आदिवासी वोटर ही गांडेय में हार-जीत में निर्णायक भूमिका निभाते रहे हैं
विजयी कल्पना सोरेन को 1,09827 वोट मिले और भाजपा के दिलीप वर्मा को 8,2678 वोट प्राप्त हुए। इस बार विधायक कल्पना सोरेन का मुकाबला भाजपा की नयी प्रत्याशी गिरिडीह जिला परिषद की अध्यक्ष मुनिया देवी से मुख्य मुकाबला है. इसके अलावा फारवर्ड ब्लॉक के प्रत्याशी और कमजोर वर्गों के मुद्दों के लिए संघर्षरत राज़ेश यादव समेत अन्य 14 दलीय-निर्दलीयों उम्मीदवारों से है। इनमें तीन महिलाएं भी शामिल हैं।
झारखंड के दूसरे चरण (20 नवम्बर) में होनेवाले गाण्डेय विस सीट पर कुल मतदाताओं की संख्या तीन लाख 12 हजार से अधिक है। जिसमें एक लाख 62 हजार पुरुष और एक लाख 50 हजार से अधिक महिला वोटर हैं। एक अनुमान के मुताबिक इनमें 70 से 80 हजार मुस्लिम और आदिवासी वोटर ही गांडेय में हार जीत में अपनी निर्णायक भूमिका निभाते रहे हैं। इनका झुकाव अबतक हुए तमाम विस चुनाव में जेएमएम एवं कांग्रेस की ओर रहा है।
शायद यही कारण है कि गाण्डेय विस सीट पूरे राज्य में जेएमएम की सुरक्षित सीट मानी जाती है। हालांकि भाजपा के पास भी कोयरी, यादव, माहुरी, वैश्य, बढ़ई आदि जातियों के वोटर बहुतायत में हैं, लेकिन मुस्लिम-आदिवासी वोटरों की तर्ज पर इन जातियों के मतदाता वोट नहीं करते हैं।
भाजपा ने कल्पना सोरेन को घेरने की रणनीति के तहत गिरिडीह जिप की अध्यक्ष मुनिया देवी को चुनाव मैदान में उतारा है। मुनिया देवी की साफ-सुथरी छवि की मानी जाती हैं. वे व्यवहार कुशल हैं। जानकारों के मुताबिक 20 नवम्बर को होने वाले चुनावों में भाजपा को इसका कितना लाभ मिलेगा, यह 23 नवम्बर को मतगणना से पता चलेगा।
मौजूदा विधायक कल्पना सोरेन की बात की जाय तो, विगत चार-पांच महीनों में विधायक कल्पना ने अपनी व्यवहार कुशलता, वाकपटुता और अपनी सहजता-सुलभता और शालीनता के जरिए क्षेत्र के लोंगों का विश्वास जीता है. लोगों को भरोसा बढ़ा है। लोगों से सीधे जुड़कर उनकी भावनाओं को समझना कल्पना सोरेन की अहम खासियत है। इस बात को विरोधी भी मानते हैं।
पति के जेल में रहते सक्रिय राजनीति में आयी कल्पना सोरेन ने 2024 के संसदीय चुनावों में खुद को सफल राजनेता के रूप में साबित कर इंडिया ब्लॉक की स्टार प्रचारक के रूप में तेजी उभरी हैं। उनकी सभाओं में उमड़ती भीड़ उनके करिश्माई नेतृत्व को दर्शाती है.
कल्पना सोरेेन गांडेय में विकास की लम्बी लकीर खींचने का वादा किया है
ढाई प्रखण्डों वाले गाण्डेय विस क्षेत्र में विकास की बात की जाय तो, 1977 के बाद से जेएमएम के स्व. सालखन सोरेन पांच बार, भाजपा के लक्ष्मण स्वर्णकार दो बार, जेपी वर्मा एक बार और डा. सरफराज अहमद दो बार पहले कांग्रेस और 2019 में जेएमएम के टिकट पर एक बार विधायक बन चुके हैं।
गांडेय बुनियादी सुविधाओं से आज भी मोहताज है. यहां गलियां-नालियां, छोटी-छोटी पुल-पुलिया छोड़कर करीब 40 वर्ष में कोई उल्लेखनीय विकास नहीं हुआ है। लेकिन विगत उपचुनाव में विधायक बनी कल्पना मुरूमू सोरेन ने महज चार महीनों में सड़क, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में लम्बा खांका जरूर खींचा है, जिसका लाभ आने वाले दिनों क्षेत्र के लोगों को मिल सकता है।
बशर्ते ये चुनावी जुमला साबित न हो. वैसे यहां के कई लोगों का मानना है कि कल्पना से जिस तरह से गांडेय के लोगों से वादे किये हैं, उससे यहां के वोटरों में विश्वास बढ़ा है. बहरहाल, मुनिया देवी कल्पना की ऊंची उड़ान को रोक पाएंगी,यह देखना दिलचस्प होगा.
