लोकतंत्र बचाओ अभियान के सदस्यों ने दुमका में कहा-दूसरे चरण में भी संथालपरगना में नहीं चलेगा भाजपा का नफरती एजेंडा

पहले चरण के चुनाव में नफ़रत और विभाजन की राजनीति मुंह के बल गिरी, अडानी को फायदा पहुंचाने के लिए रघुवर दास ने राज्य की ऊर्जा नीति को बदला था

दुमका : राज्य के पहले चरण में 43 सीटों पर हुए मतदान से यह साफ़ है कि लोगों ने नफ़रत और विभाजन की राजनीति के नाम पर नहीं, बल्कि जनमुद्दों पर वोट दिया है. लोकतंत्र बचाओ अभियान (अबुआ झारखंड, अबुआ राज), जो राज्य के विभिन्न विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में लोगों को जन अधिकारों पर संगठित कर रहा है, के सदस्यों ने अपने अनुभवों और राज्य के प्रमुख चुनावी मुद्दों पर शनिवार को दुमका के जोहार में आयोजित प्रेस वार्ता में अपनी बातें रखीं.

पहले चरण में भाजपा का धार्मिक धुर्वीकरण फेल हो गया

अभियान के सदस्यों ने कहा कि इस चुनाव में भाजपा का सांप्रदायिक और विभाजनकारी अभियान सबके सामने है. भाजपा आदिवासियों-मूलवासियों के अधिकारों पर नहीं, बल्कि विभाजन और धर्म के नाम पर चुनाव लड़ रही है. वे बस धार्मिक ध्रुवीकरण के लिए घुसपैठिये-घुसपैठिये रटे जा रहे हैं. आदिवासी-मूलवासियों के मूल सवालों जैसे CNT-SPT कानून, सरना कोड, खतियान आधारित स्थानीय नीति, जल, जंगल, जमीन के अधिकार और किसानों के लिए न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य पर चुप्पी साधे हुए हैं. पहले चरण में आदिवासी-मूलवासियों ने जल, जंगल, ज़मीन, अस्तित्व, मंईयां सम्मान योजना, सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन, कृषि लोन माफ़ी और बिजली बिल के मुद्दे पर वोट दिया है.

बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठिए का सांप्रदायिक एजेंडा खोखलापन साबित हुआ

संथालपरगना में बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठी के सांप्रदायिक एजेंडा का खोखलापन भी लगातार उजागर हो रहा है. एक तरफ भाजपा के नेता अपने चुनावी भाषणों में बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठिये के अलावा और कुछ बोल नहीं रहे हैं. वहीं मोदी सरकार ने झारखंड हाईकोर्ट में जवाब दिया है कि गायबथान समेत अन्य भूमि मुद्दों में बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठिये का कोई जुड़ाव नहीं मिला है. वे सारे स्थानीय विवाद थे. चुनाव आयोग द्वारा बनी टीम (जिसमें भाजपा के सदस्य भी थे) ने जांच में कुछ नहीं पाया था. संसद में मोदी सरकार बोलती है कि उनके पास बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठिये का कोई आंकड़ा नहीं है. लोकतंत्र बचाओ अभियान के ज़मीनी तथ्यान्वेषण ने पाया कि  प्रचारित घुसपैठ का क्षेत्र में कोई प्रमाण नहीं है. भाजपा द्वारा  दिए जा रहे आंकड़े भी सच्चाई से परे हैं.

संथालपरगना को अंधेरे में रखकर बांग्लादेश को मिल रही बिजली

भाजपा देश के मुसलमानों को बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठिये बोलकर आदिवासियों, हिन्दुओं एवं मुसलमानों के बीच सामाजिक व धार्मिक दरार पैदा करने की कोशिश कर रही है. हास्यास्पद यह तो है कि एक ओर भाजपा बांग्लादेशी राग अलाप रही है.

दूसरी ओर मोदी व रघुवर दास सरकार ने अडानी पावरप्लांट परियोजना के लिए आदिवासी-मूलवासियों की ज़मीन का जबरन अधिग्रहण किया था. झारखंड को घाटे में रखकर अडानी को फायदा पहुंचाने के लिए राज्य की ऊर्जा नीति को बदला था और संथालपरगना को अंधेरे में रखकर बांग्लादेश को बिजली भेजी.

भाजपा के घोषणा पत्र में सरना कोड का ज़िक्र नहीं

अभियान की बैठक में कहा गया कि झारखंड जल, जंगल, जमीन और अस्तित्व के संघर्ष से निकला राज्य है. जहां झामुमो ने अपने घोषणा पत्र में 1932 खतियान आधारित स्थानीय नीति लागू करने और लैंड बैंक रद्द करने का वादा किया है, वहीं भाजपा के पक्ष में खामोशी छाई हुई है. भाजपा की आदिवासी-विरोधी राजनीति इससे भी उजागर होती है कि उनके घोषणा पत्र में सरना कोड का भी ज़िक्र नहीं है. जहां एक ओर झामुमो व INDIA गठबंधन सरना कोड लागू करने की बात कर रहा है, वहीं भाजपा के राज्य अध्यक्ष बाबूलाल मरांडी सरना-सनातन एक की बात कर रहे हैं.

आदिवासियों को सरना-ईसाई में बांटने का भाजपा और आरएसएस का सांप्रदायिक खेल उजागर हो चुका है. यह सार्वजानिक जानकारी है कि केंद्र सरकार ने खतियान आधारित स्थानीयता नीति और सरना कोड को संविधान की 9वीं अनुसूची में डालने के राज्य के प्रस्ताव को रोककर रखा है. इसी प्रकार पिछड़ों के आरक्षण को 27 प्रतिशत करने के राज्य सरकार के प्रस्ताव को भी रोक कर रखा है.

शिकायत के बावजूद चुनाव आयोग की चुप्पी से लोगों में आक्रोश

सदस्यों ने कहा कि लोगों के ज़मीनी मुद्दों पर बात न करके प्रधानमंत्री, गृहमंत्री, असम के सीएम हिमंत बिस्व सरमा समेत सभी भाजपा नेता केवल नफरती और सांप्रदायिक भाषण दे रहे हैं. भाजपा नेता निशिकांत दुबे ने तो झारखंड को तोड़कर संथालपरगना को अलग करने की बात तक कर दी है. भाजपा की सोशल मीडिया के खेल पर हाल में जारी शोध रिपोर्ट ने तो इनके नफरती एजेंडा का फिर से पोल खोल दिया है.

भाजपा सोशल मीडिया पर करोड़ों खर्च करके विभिन्न शैडो अकाउंट के माध्यम से झूठ व साम्प्रदायिकता फैला रही है. और आदिवासी मुख्यमंत्री को जानवर, मच्छर, हैवान आदि के रूप में चित्रित कर रही है, दिखा रही है. शिकायत के बावजूद चुनाव आयोग द्वारा कार्रवाई नहीं की गयी है.

आदिवासी-मूलवासी अपने मुद्दों के आधार पर ही निर्णय लेंगे

सदस्यों ने कहा कि लोकतंत्र बचाओ अभियान को पूरा विश्वास है कि पहले चरण की तरह इस चरण में भी राज्य के आदिवासी-मूलवासी अपने मुद्दों के आधार पर ही निर्णय लेंगे. नफ़रत और साम्प्रदायिकता की साज़िश को नकार देंगे. प्रेस वार्ता को अम्बिका यादव, एमेलिया हंसदा, एलिना होरो, मीना मुर्मू, रिया तुलिका, पिंगुआ व सिराज दत्ता ने अपने विचार रखे.
