रांची : सरला बिरला स्कूल में शुक्रवार की सुबह से हुई छापामारी को लेकर भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने राज्य सरकार पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि यह राज्य सरकार द्वारा शिक्षण संस्थानों में आतंक का राज्य स्थापित करने की कोशिश है। हेमंत सरकार को तब मुंह की खानी पड़ी, जब सरला बिरला स्कूल और विश्वविद्यालय से चुनाव से संबंधित ना नकद बरामद हुआ ना कोई दस्तावेज।

भाजपा के प्रदेश प्रवक्ता प्रतुल शाहदेव ने शुक्रवार को प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित कर रहे थे। प्रतुल ने राज्य सरकार पर राज्य के प्रतिष्ठित निजी शिक्षण संस्थाओं को टारगेट करने का आरोप लगाया।

‘राज्य सरकार के इशारे पर छापेमारी अति निंदनीय’

प्रतुल ने राज्य पुलिस द्वारा इन संस्थाओं को टारगेट करने पर कहा कि सब दिख रहा है कि राज्य सरकार शिक्षण व्यवस्था को पंगु बनाना चाहती है। जिस तरीके से प्रतिष्ठित सरला बिरला स्कूल और उषा मार्टिन विश्वविद्यालय में राज्य पुलिस ने सरकार के इशारे पर छापेमारी की यह अति निंदनीय है।

उन्होंने कहा कि सरला बिरला समूह 1913 से ही राज्य में अपनी सेवा दे रहा है। यहां 12000 बच्चों को उच्च स्तरीय शिक्षा मिलती है। इस तरह हिमाद्री ग्रुप के द्वारा संचालित उषा मार्टिन विश्वविद्यालय में भी हजारों बच्चों को उच्च कोटि की शिक्षा मिलती है।

‘बगैर कोई सर्च वारंट के छापामारी हुई’

प्रतुल ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने सरला बिरला विश्वविद्यालय में छापेमारी के दौरान सभी सीमाएं पार कर दी। सुरक्षाकर्मियों और कर्मचारियों के साथ बदसलूकी की गई। कोई सर्च वारंट नहीं दिखाया गया। चुनाव आयोग से प्राप्त कोई निर्देश की कॉपी नहीं दिखाई गई।

रेड करने गए अधिकारियों ने कहा कि यह छापेमारी रांची के एसएसपी के मौखिक आदेश पर हो रही है। राज्य सरकार और राज्य पुलिस ने उस समय प्रदेश को शर्मसार किया, जब वह बिना नामजद वारंट के विश्वविद्यालय के महानिदेशक और प्रसिद्ध शिक्षाविद प्रोफेसर डॉ. गोपाल पाठक के आवास में घुस गए। गोपाल पाठक के आवास में भी स्टाफ के साथ बदसलूकी की गई।

रांची पुलिस को पैसे मिलने की सूचना पर छापेमारी की गई

बता दें कि पैसे रखे जाने की सूचना पर रांची पुलिस की टीम सरला बिरला स्कूल समेत कई जगहों पर एक साथ छापेमारी की है. अभी कुछ दिन पहले ही रांची के नामकुम स्थित जीडी गोयनका पब्लिक स्कूल और वाईवीएन यूनिवर्सिटी में भी छापेमारी की गई थी. जहां भारी मात्रा में कैश बरामद हुआ था.

अब एक बार फिर से पैसे मिलने की सूचना पर आज छापेमारी की गई है. पुलिस जिन जगहों पर रेड किया है उसमें सरला बिरला स्कूल, उषा मार्टिन, अनगड़ा रिसोर्ट और एक भाजपा नेता के ठिकाने शामिल हैं. छापामारी के दौरान क्या बरामदगी हुई है, इसकी जानकारी अभी नहीं मिल पाई है.
