विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के शिक्षकों ने राज्यपाल के साथ की महत्वपूर्ण चर्चा

हजारीबाग – विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय (विभावि) के स्नातकोत्तर विभागों के शिक्षकों का एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल सोमवार को झारखंड के माननीय राज्यपाल और विश्वविद्यालय के कुलाधिपति श्री संतोष गंगवार से मिला। यह मुलाकात हजारीबाग सर्किट हाउस में हुई, जहां राज्यपाल रांची से राजगीर जाते समय थोड़ी देर के लिए रुके थे।

शिक्षकों ने इस अवसर का लाभ उठाते हुए विश्वविद्यालय से जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं पर चर्चा की। राज्यपाल ने शिक्षकों की बातों को ध्यानपूर्वक सुना और कई मुद्दों पर अधिकारियों को आवश्यक निर्देश भी दिए।

2. शिक्षकों की स्थिति में सुधार
प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने शिक्षकों की नियुक्तियों, प्रमोशन और वेतन संबंधी मुद्दों को भी उठाया। उन्होंने मांग की कि इन प्रक्रियाओं को पारदर्शी और तेज बनाया जाए ताकि शैक्षणिक माहौल को और बेहतर किया जा सके।
