भारत पेट्रोलियम, इंडियन ऑयल और हिंदुस्तान पेट्रोलियम के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में करौंदी पंचायत भवन के पास कर्तव्य भावना अभियान के तहत कुकिंग प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया। इस प्रतियोगिता का मुख्य उद्देश्य घरेलू एलपीजी गैस के सुरक्षित उपयोग के प्रति महिलाओं को जागरूक करना और पर्यावरण संरक्षण का संदेश देना था।

कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन जिला नोडल एलजी पदाधिकारी इंद्रनील अग्रवाल ने दीप जलाकर किया। उन्होंने वनों की सुरक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, और घरेलू गैस के महत्व पर जोर देते हुए महिलाओं को एलपीजी का अधिक उपयोग करने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य और जागरूकता अभियान

1. वनों की रक्षा और स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा:

• इंद्रनील अग्रवाल ने बताया कि घरेलू गैस के उपयोग से महिलाओं को धुएं से होने वाली बीमारियों से बचने में मदद मिलती है।
• एलपीजी का उपयोग पर्यावरण संरक्षण में भी सहायक है, क्योंकि यह लकड़ी के उपयोग को कम करता है।

2. सुरक्षा और बीमा योजना:

• गैस उपयोग के दौरान किसी दुर्घटना की स्थिति में पेट्रोलियम कंपनियों द्वारा बीमा भुगतान की सुविधा दी जाती है।
• गैस रिसाव या खराबी की स्थिति में कंपनियां घर जाकर मरम्मत का प्रबंध करती हैं।

3. एलपीजी के सुरक्षित उपयोग पर जोर:

कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य खाना पकाने में एलपीजी के सुरक्षित उपयोग और सुरक्षा उपायों के प्रति जागरूकता फैलाना था।

कुकिंग प्रतियोगिता: महिलाओं ने दिखाया हुनर

इस प्रतियोगिता में 10 महिलाओं ने हिस्सा लिया और अपने पाक-कौशल का प्रदर्शन किया।

• आगंतुकों और निर्णायकों ने व्यंजनों का मूल्यांकन किया और प्रतिभागियों के कौशल की सराहना की।
