भाजपा में महिला नेतृत्व का संकट: आखिर कल्पना सोरेन के मुकाबले कौन होंगी? पार्टी ने अन्नपूर्णा का भी सही इस्तेमाल नहीं किया

रांची: झारखंड भाजपा को अब एक साथ दो मोर्चों पर जूझना होगा. एक तरफ मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन तो, दूसरी ओर कल्पना सोरेन की चुनौती हैं नेतृत्व के मामले में डगर कठिन है. विधानसभा चुनाव में मिली करारी शिकस्त के बाद अब सदमे से ऊबर कर आगे बढ़ने का समय है. सदन से सड़क तक पांच सालों तक संघर्ष करना पड़ेगा. जनता के बीच पहचान बनानी होगी. हेमंत सोरेन व कल्पना सोरेन की जोड़ी को चुनौती देना है तो अभी से रणनीति बनाकर कर आगे बढ़ना होगा.

भाजपा के सामने हेमंत सोरेन की चुनौती तो पहले से थी ही, अब महिला नेतृत्व के रूप में कल्पना सोरेन भी आ गईं हैं. फिलहाल तो भाजपा में कोई ऐसा महिला चेहरा नहीं दिख रहा है, जो कल्पना सोरेन को टक्कर दे सके. लेकिन पार्टी को अब महिला नेतृत्व के बारे में गंभीरता से सोचना होगा. नए चेहरों को आगे लाना होगा. उन्हें मौका देना होगा.

हेमंत सोरेन के जेल जाने के पहले तक कल्पना सोरेन घेरलू महिला थीं. हालांकि वह एक स्कूल चलाती थीं व अन्य गतिविधियों में शामिल रहती थीं, पर राजनीति से उनका वास्ता नहीं था. हेमंत सोरेन के जेल जाने के बाद कल्पना सोरेन ने राजनीति में कदम रखा तो फिर पीछे मुड़कर नहीं देखा. अपनी बहुमुखी प्रतिभा व मेहनत के बल पर आगे बढ़ती चली गईं.

झामुमो के लिए वरदान बनी कल्पना 

ईडी ने मनी लांड्रिंग व जमीन घोटाले में हेमंत सोरेन को गिरफ्तार नहीं किया होता तो, शायद कल्पना राजनीति में नहीं आतीं. हेमंत की गिरफ्तारी उनके जीवन का टर्निंग प्वांइट साबित हुआ. यूं कहें कि झामुमो के लिए कल्पना वरदान साबित हुईं. महागठबंधन की वो स्टार कैंपनर रहीं.

कल्पना सोरेन ने कम समय में राजनीति में अपनी पहचान बनाई. पहले लोकसभा और फिर विधानसभा चुनाव में अपनी सफलता का झंडा गाड़ दिया. इस दौरान गांडेय से दो बार विधायक का चुनाव भी जीता. विधानसभा चुनाव में इंडिया गठबंधन के लिए स्टार प्रचारक बन गईं. अकेले सौ से अधिक सभाएं की.

चुनाव से पहले मंईयां सम्मान यात्रा निकाल कर सभी विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में गईं. सरकार के पक्ष में माहौल बनाया. उनकी सभाओं में भीड़ उमड़ती रही. महिलाओं व युवाओं को आकर्षित किया. भीड़ वोट में भी बदली. इंडिया गठबंधन की शानदार जीत में कल्पना सोरेन की अहम भूमिका रही. उनकी एक खासियत यह भी है कि वह तीन-चार भाषाएं बोलती हैं. क्षेत्रीय भाषा व पहचान के अनुसार बोलती हैं. भीड़ को कैसे अपनी ओर आकर्षित करना है वह जानती हैं. भाजपा के लिए कल्पना सोरेन बड़ी चुनौती बन चुकी हैं.

भाजपा को महिला चेहरे की तलाश करनी होगी

फिलहाल भाजपा में कोई ऐसा चेहरा नहीं है जो कल्पना सोरेन को टक्कर दे सके. 2019 में लोकसभा चुनाव से ठीक पहले तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री रघुवर दास के प्रयास से राजद से अन्नपूर्णा देवी भाजपा में शामिल हुईं. कोडरमा से भाजपा के टिकट पर चुनाव जीतीं. केंद्र में राज्यमंत्री बनीं. 2024 के लोकसभा चुनाव में फिर जीतीं व कैबिनेट मंत्री बन गईं. भाजपा ने उन्हें कहां से कहां पहुंचा दिया.

भाजपा में आने के बाद उनकी खूब तरक्की हुई. लेकिन भाजपा ने उनका सही इस्तेमाल नहीं किया. प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए उन्हें आगे नहीं किया. विधानसभा चुनाव के दौरान वह अपने क्षेत्र तक सिमटी रहीं. जब कल्पना का शोर था, तब भी पार्टी ने किसी महिला चेहरे को काट के लिए आगे नहीं किया.

अन्नपूर्णा देवी को आगे कर पूरे प्रदेश में उनका इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता था. लेकिन ऐसा नहीं किया गया. प्रचार के दौरान किसी अन्य महिला नेत्री को भी काट के लिए आगे नहीं किया गया. राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर चर्चित महिला चेहरों को भी झारखंड से दूर रखा गया. अभिनेत्री हेमा मालिनी, कंगना रनौत, स्मृति इरानी जैसे कई चेहरे थे, जिनको प्रचार में लगाया जा सकता था.

बहरहाल भाजपा को प्रदेश स्तर पर महिला नेतृत्व को आगे लाकर बढ़ाना होगा. संगठन में से या फिर जो महिला विधायक जीत कर आईं हैं उनमें से किसी को अवसर देना होगा. नए व युवा चेहरों में पूर्णिमा साहू, मंजू कुमारी, रागिनी सिंह चुनाव जीत कर आईं हैं. इनके अंदर कितनी प्रतिभा है इसका आकलन आनेवाले दिनों में होगा.

राजनीति में आधी आबादी की धमक है. चुनाव में हार-जीत में अब इनकी भूमिका अहम हो गई है. पुरुषों से अधिक वोट महिलाएं दे रही हैं. परिणाम प्रभावित कर रही हैं. झारखंड में इंडिया गठबंधन की शानदार जीत में महिला वोटरों का अहम रोल रहा. इसलिए भाजपा को अब महिलाओं को भी अवसर देकर आगे करना होगा. नहीं तो आगे की राह भी कठिन होगी.
