अवैध रूप से बालू उठाव को रोकने के लिए,नदी किनारे परमवीर अल्बर्ट एक्का जारी थाना पुलिस के द्वारा ट्रेंच गड्ढा खोदा गया

गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित चैनपुर अनुमंडल के परमवीर अल्बर्ट एक्का जारी प्रखंड में अवैध रूप से बालू उठाव को रोकने के लिए जारी थाना पुलिस ने उक्त क्षेत्र के गोविंदपुर पंचायत अंतर्गत कमलपुर बालू घाट, के नदी किनारे जारी थाना पुलिस के द्वारा ट्रेंच गड्ढा खोदा गया।बुधवार सुबह जारी पुलिस की मौजूदगी में जेसीबी मशीन से ट्रेंच खोदा वाया गया , और जारी थाना प्रभारी आदित्य कुमार ने कहा कि अवैध रूप से बालू का उठाव पूर्ण रूप से बंद करने के उद्देश्य से यह कदम उठाया गया है , यदि चोरी छुपे कोई व्यक्ति बालू का अवैध उठाव करने का प्रकार किया जाता हैं , और पकड़ा जाता है ,तो उक्त उनलोगों के विरुद्ध कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी , उक्त बालू घाटों में ट्रेंच खोदे जाने की सूचना पर बालू माफियाओं के बीच हड़कंप मचा हुआ है , बताते चले की उक्त सभी घाटों से चोरी छुपे बालू निकालकर बालू माफियाओं द्वारा झारखंड बॉर्डर पर छत्तीसगढ़ के जशपुर जिला में हाई रेट ( अधिक दाम ) पर बेचा जाता है , जिसकी सूचना मिलते ही प्रखंड प्रशासन द्वारा त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए उक्त कदम उठाए गए हैं, और कई बार उक्त बालू घाटों का निरीक्षण कर चुके हैं , और अंततः आज ट्रेंच खोदा गया है , जिसके बाद बालू माफिया की लाख कोशिश करने के बाद भी अब बालू का उठाव संभव नहीं होगा , क्योंकि नदी का आधा हिस्सा झारखंड और आधा हिस्सा छत्तीसगढ़ में पड़ता है , तो झारखंड का हिस्सा में पानी पूरी तरह से सूख चुका है , वहीं दूसरी ओर छत्तीसगढ़ के हिस्से में पानी का बहाव आज भी तेज गति से बह रहा है , जिसके कारण से झारखंड के हिस्से का बालू उक्त माफियाओं द्वारा बहुत ही चतुराई के साथ उक्त बालू चोरी का कार्य धड़ल्ले से जारी था , इन बालू घाटों पर अवैध रूप से बालू उठाव को लेकर जारी प्रखंड प्रशासन के द्वारा बालू नही उठाव करने को लेकर बोर्ड लगाया गया था , लेकिन बालू माफियाओ के द्वारा बोर्ड को छतिग्रत कर दिया गया है ,और तत्काल में उक्त बोर्ड का नामोनिशान तक नही है , ज्ञात हो कि उक्त बालू माफियाओं द्वारा देर रात्रि में चोरी छिपे उक्त बालू घाटों से बालू का चोरी किया जा रहा था और बदले में ट्रेक्टर मालिको से अवैध रूप से प्रति गाड़ी 200 रुपये का उगाही भी किया जाता था , और उक्त अवैध उगाही करने को लेकर गोविंदपुर,तिगरा, कमलपुर गांव के माफिया कई बार आपस मे मार पीट भी होता रहता है जिसका मामला भी थाना तक भी पहुंचता रहता था , फिलहाल में उक्त कार्य मे जशपुर के निवासी ज्योति गुप्ता पैर जमाने का कोशिस में लगे हुए थे।इस कार्य को देख रेख भी कर रहे थे।और ज्योति गुप्ता का कहना है।कि हम सभी बालू घाटों का टेंडर ले लिए है।और हमारे पास सारा कागजात भी है।कागजात का बात सही है या गलत है।यह तो जांच का विषय है।और सबसे बड़ी बात तो यह है की बालू माफिया बहुत ही चतुराई के साथ कार्य करते हैं।बालू घाट और गोविंदपुर की दूरी 3 किलोमीटर है।बालू माफिया अपना एक आदमी गोविंदपुर चौक के पास खड़े रखते हैं। ताकि प्रशासन जैसे ही गोविंदपुर पहुंचे।तो गोविंदपुर चौक में खड़े बालू माफिया के लोग बालू माफिया को इसकी सूचना दे दिया करते है।इसके बाद बालू माफिया अपने आप संभल जाते हैं।और बालू का उठाव बंद करने के साथ साथ ट्रेक्टर को भी हटा देते है।
