गुमला के औरापाठ गांव को पीएम जनमन योजना के तहत मॉडल ग्राम के रूप में विकसित करने की पहल

गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित आकांक्षी प्रखंड डुमरी के अंतर्गत पीवीटीजी समुदाय बहुल गांव औरापाठ को प्रधानमंत्री जनजातीय मॉडल ग्राम (पीएम जनमन) योजना के तहत विकसित करने के लिए चयनित किया गया है। इस दिशा में नीति आयोग और जनजातीय कार्य मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के अधिकारियों की एक टीम ने औरापाठ गांव का दौरा किया।

डिप्टी सेक्रेटरी अरविंद कुमार के नेतृत्व में इस दौरे में परियोजना निदेशक रीना हांसदा, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी आलोक रंजन, जिला योजना पदाधिकारी रमन कुमार सहित कई अन्य अधिकारियों ने भाग लिया। टीम ने ग्रामीणों से मुलाकात की और उनकी समस्याओं एवं आवश्यकताओं का जायजा लिया।

ग्रामीणों से संवाद और समस्याओं की पहचान

डिप्टी सेक्रेटरी ने स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं पर चर्चा के दौरान स्वास्थ्य सहिया सुनीता कोरवाइन से बातचीत की। सुनीता ने बताया कि गांव में नेटवर्क समस्या और खराब सड़कों के कारण स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में दिक्कतें आती हैं। छोटे-मोटे बीमारियों के लिए दवाइयां उपलब्ध रहती हैं, लेकिन आपात स्थिति में मरीजों को डुमरी सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र ले जाना पड़ता है। सहिया ने गांव में प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया।

वहीं, एएनएम संगीता एक्का ने बताया कि वह पैदल चलकर ग्रामीणों को स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं प्रदान करती हैं। डिप्टी सेक्रेटरी ने स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि उनकी निष्ठा और सेवाभाव प्रशंसनीय है।

शिक्षा और अन्य सुविधाओं का निरीक्षण

टीम ने प्राथमिक विद्यालय औरापाठ का निरीक्षण किया और विद्यालय के प्रधानाध्यापक से शैक्षणिक व्यवस्था, बच्चों की उपस्थिति और मध्यान्ह भोजन की गुणवत्ता की जानकारी ली। सेविकाओं से समय पर मानदेय मिलने की स्थिति के बारे में भी जानकारी प्राप्त की गई।

इसके अलावा, ग्रामीणों से पानी, बिजली, सड़क और अन्य बुनियादी सुविधाओं की स्थिति पर चर्चा की गई।

डुमरी मुख्यालय का निरीक्षण

दौरे के बाद डुमरी मुख्यालय पर टीम ने नव-निर्मित पुस्तकालय, जेएसएलपीएस कार्यालय, सेनेटरी पैड निर्माण इकाई और लेमन ग्रास तेल उत्पादन केंद्र का निरीक्षण किया। दीदियों के कार्यों की प्रशंसा करते हुए डिप्टी सेक्रेटरी ने कहा, “आप सभी का कार्य प्रेरणादायक है और यह मॉडल ग्राम योजना के तहत विकास के लिए सहायक सिद्ध होगा।”

मॉडल ग्राम के लिए आगे की कार्ययोजना

डिप्टी सेक्रेटरी अरविंद कुमार ने प्रेस वार्ता के दौरान बताया कि औरापाठ को देशभर के छह पीएम जनमन मॉडल ग्रामों में से एक के रूप में विकसित किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि टीम का दौरा इस क्षेत्र में पहले से उपलब्ध सुविधाओं और आवश्यक सुधारों की पहचान के उद्देश्य से किया गया। जिला और प्रखंड प्रशासन ने कुछ कार्य पहले ही पूरे कर लिए हैं, जबकि अन्य कार्यों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर पूरा किया जाएगा।

डुमरी में बने पुस्तकालय की प्रशंसा करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि यह नई पीढ़ी और वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के लिए एक उत्कृष्ट संसाधन साबित होगा।

इस अवसर पर प्रमुख जीवंती एक्का, बीडीओ उमेश कुमार स्वांसी, डॉ. अलबेल केरकेट्टा, जेई पुनित एक्का, जेई जयंत उरांव, अशोक गुप्ता, उत्तर बोदरा और अन्य कर्मचारी उपस्थित थे।
