इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य छात्रों को शारीरिक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के महत्व को समझाना और फिट इंडिया एप को उनकी दिनचर्या में शामिल करने के लिए प्रेरित करना था।

कार्यक्रम में लगभग 300 छात्रों ने सक्रिय रूप से भाग लिया।

• पुष्कर कुमार पुष्प और आरती मेहता (अर्थशास्त्र विभाग के शोध छात्र) ने अपने अनुभव साझा करते हुए छात्रों से कहा:
  

  “यह एप न केवल फिटनेस ट्रैकिंग के लिए उपयोगी है, बल्कि यह हमारे दैनिक जीवन का अभिन्न हिस्सा बन सकता है। हम सभी को इसे अपनी दिनचर्या में शामिल करना चाहिए।”

• छात्रों ने एप डाउनलोड करने का संकल्प लिया और इसे नियमित रूप से उपयोग में लाने का वादा किया।
