गुमला उपायुक्त की ग्रामीणों से सीधी बातचीत: समस्याओं के समाधान और विकास कार्यों को गति देने का वादा

गुमला जिले के असनी प्रखंड स्थित दुन्दरिया पंचायत में आज गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने ग्रामीणों से मुलाकात की। इस दौरे का उद्देश्य ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में विकास कार्यों का जायजा लेना और जनता की समस्याओं को समझना था। उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों को उनकी समस्याओं के समाधान का भरोसा दिलाया।

इस दौरान ग्रामीणों ने अपनी समस्याओं को लेकर आवेदन भी सौंपे। इनमें सड़क निर्माण, सरना स्थल, स्कूल के खेल मैदान, सिंचाई के लिए नहर, तालाब और कुओं की मरम्मत, बिजली-पानी की सुविधा और अन्य बुनियादी आवश्यकताएं शामिल थीं।

ग्रामीणों की मुख्य मांगें

सड़क और अन्य बुनियादी ढांचा:
ग्रामीणों ने क्षेत्र में सड़क निर्माण और गांव के सरना स्थल के विकास की मांग उठाई। इसके अलावा सिंचाई के लिए नहर और तालाब की मरम्मत जैसी समस्याओं को भी प्रमुखता दी गई।

शिक्षा और खेल सुविधाएं:
स्कूलों में बच्चों के खेलने के लिए खेल मैदान और बच्चों के बेहतर भविष्य के लिए शिक्षा सुविधाओं के सुधार की मांग की गई।

जल और बिजली की समस्या:
ग्रामीणों ने पानी और बिजली की नियमित आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया। इसके साथ ही जल मीनारों की मरम्मत की मांग की।

महिला सशक्तिकरण:
महिला मंडलों को स्वावलंबी बनाने और उन्हें विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं से जोड़ने पर भी चर्चा हुई।

उपायुक्त द्वारा दिए गए निर्देश

उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि सभी ग्रामीणों को सरकारी योजनाओं से जोड़ा जाए और उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान शीघ्र सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

1. पेंशन योजनाओं का लाभ:
   वृद्धा पेंशन, मइया सम्मान योजना और अन्य पेंशन योजनाओं से वंचित ग्रामीणों को लाभ दिलाने के लिए प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी को आवश्यक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए गए।
2. महिला सशक्तिकरण:
   उपायुक्त ने महिला मंडलों को स्वावलंबन के लिए प्रेरित किया और उन्हें स्वरोजगार से जोड़ने की बात कही।
3. शिक्षा पर बल:
   बच्चों के शिक्षा के प्रति अभिभावकों को जागरूक करने और पॉलिटेक्निक कॉलेज में नामांकन के लिए तैयारी कराने की दिशा में प्रयास तेज करने की बात कही।

ग्राम विकास में ग्रामीणों की भूमिका

उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों को ग्राम विकास में भागीदारी के लिए प्रेरित किया। उन्होंने कहा,

“ग्राम के विकास में सबसे अधिक ग्रामीणों के सहयोग की आवश्यकता होती है। जिला प्रशासन ग्रामीण विकास के लिए पूरी तरह तैयार है। किसी भी समस्या के लिए आप सीधे समाहरणालय आ सकते हैं।”

इस पहल से ग्रामीणों के बीच प्रशासन के प्रति विश्वास और आशा का संचार हुआ है। उपायुक्त ने यह भी कहा कि ग्रामों के विकास कार्यों को तेज़ी से लागू करने के लिए समुदाय और प्रशासन के बीच सीधा संवाद आवश्यक है।

ग्रामीणों में नई उम्मीद का संचार

इस दौरे से ग्रामीणों में नई उम्मीद जगी है। उपायुक्त की सक्रियता और अधिकारियों को दिए गए स्पष्ट निर्देशों से विकास कार्यों को गति मिलने की संभावना है। ग्रामीणों ने उपायुक्त के प्रयासों की सराहना की और भरोसा जताया कि उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान जल्द होगा।
