झारखंड के हजारीबाग में डालमिया सीमेंट (भारत) लिमिटेड (डीसीबीएल) ने सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए एक मोबाइल मेडिकल यूनिट (एमएमयू) सेवा शुरू की है। यह यूनिट दूरदराज के गांवों में पहुंचकर आवश्यक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराएगी। इस पहल का उद्देश्य उन क्षेत्रों तक स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं पहुंचाना है, जहां मेडिकल सेवाएं अब तक सीमित थीं।

इसके साथ ही, वॉकहार्ट फाउंडेशन के सहयोग से 100-दिवसीय तपेदिक (टीबी) जागरूकता अभियान भी शुरू किया गया है। यह अभियान टीबी के लक्षणों की शुरुआती पहचान और समय पर इलाज सुनिश्चित करने के लिए ग्रामीण समुदायों को जागरूक करेगा।

मोबाइल मेडिकल यूनिट: स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं अब आपके द्वार

डालमिया सीमेंट की यह मोबाइल मेडिकल यूनिट (एमएमयू) हजारीबाग के पांच गांवों में स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं प्रदान करेगी:

• पर्रा
• चहटी बरियातु
• नवाखाप
• गोपदा
• डुमरी

मुख्य सेवाएं:

1. टीबी जागरूकता और जांच:
   एमएमयू ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में टीबी के मरीजों की स्क्रीनिंग करेगी और संभावित मरीजों को इलाज के लिए निर्देशित करेगी।
2. सामान्य स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं:
   नियमित जांच, दवाओं की उपलब्धता और प्राथमिक चिकित्सा सेवाएं भी प्रदान की जाएंगी।
3. डब्ल्यूएचओ के सहयोग से स्वास्थ्य जागरूकता:
   इस पहल में विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (WHO) के विशेषज्ञ भी सहयोग कर रहे हैं।

उद्घाटन समारोह:
एमएमयू का उद्घाटन हजारीबाग के मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ. सरयू प्रसाद सिंह और डब्ल्यूएचओ के सलाहकार डॉ. अरुण सेल्विन ने किया।

100-दिवसीय टीबी जागरूकता अभियान

डालमिया सीमेंट और वॉकहार्ट फाउंडेशन का यह अभियान ग्रामीण समुदायों में टीबी को लेकर जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए समर्पित है।

• उद्देश्य:
  1. टीबी के शुरुआती लक्षणों की पहचान।
  2. स्क्रीनिंग के जरिए मरीजों को समय पर इलाज।
  3. ग्रामीणों को टीबी से बचाव के उपाय सिखाना।
• लाभार्थी समूह:
  विशेष रूप से कमजोर जनसंख्या जैसे वृद्ध, कुपोषित, मधुमेह के मरीज और धूम्रपान करने वाले व्यक्तियों को लक्षित किया गया है।
• जागरूकता के माध्यम:
  गांवों में चिकित्सा शिविरों और जागरूकता सत्रों के माध्यम से शिक्षा दी जाएगी।

   जहां अब तक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं नहीं पहुंच पाती थीं, वहां अब एमएमयू के माध्यम से इलाज होगा।
2. बीमारियों का समय पर इलाज:
   टीबी जैसे गंभीर रोगों के मरीजों की पहचान और उपचार में तेजी आएगी।
3. सामुदायिक सहभागिता:
   स्थानीय स्तर पर स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों और समुदाय के बीच सहयोग और जागरूकता बढ़ेगी।
