जेंडर आधारित हिंसा: गुमला में जिला समाज कल्याण विभाग और JSLPS ने आयोजित की जागरूकता कार्यशाला

गुमला में विश्व मानवाधिकार दिवस के अवसर पर जेंडर आधारित हिंसा के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाने और इसके समाधान पर चर्चा करने के लिए एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। यह कार्यक्रम जिला समाज कल्याण विभाग और झारखंड स्टेट लाइवलीहुड प्रमोशन सोसाइटी (JSLPS) के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में नगर भवन में आयोजित किया गया।

कार्यशाला का उद्घाटन परियोजना निदेशक ITDA ने पुलिस उपाधीक्षक (मुख्यालय), जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, सचिव डालसा, और प्रभारी महिला थाना की उपस्थिति में दीप प्रज्वलन से किया। इसमें स्वयं सहायता समूह की दीदियां, आंगनबाड़ी सेविकाएं और अन्य कई प्रतिभागियों ने हिस्सा लिया।

महिला हिंसा उन्मूलन: आवश्यक कदम और सामूहिक संकल्प

कार्यशाला के दौरान उपस्थित अतिथियों ने महिला हिंसा के प्रमुख कारणों और इसके प्रभावी समाधान पर विचार-विमर्श किया। सभागार में मौजूद सभी प्रतिभागियों ने “जेंडर प्रतिज्ञा” ली, जिसमें उन्होंने समाज से लिंग आधारित हिंसा को समाप्त करने का संकल्प लिया।

इस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन “जेंडर हिंसा के खिलाफ अभियान पखवाड़ा” (25 नवंबर से 10 दिसंबर 2024) के समापन के रूप में किया गया। इस दौरान विभिन्न पंचायतों, प्रखंडों और विद्यालयों में जागरूकता सत्र आयोजित किए गए, जिनका विवरण भी कार्यशाला में प्रस्तुत किया गया।

कानूनी जागरूकता: महिला अधिकारों की रक्षा के लिए कदम

कार्यशाला में महिला और बच्चों के खिलाफ हिंसा रोकने के लिए मौजूद कानूनी उपायों और सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी दी गई। इनमें शामिल थे:

1. घरेलू हिंसा अधिनियम 2005
2. पोक्सो अधिनियम
3. कार्यस्थल पर यौन उत्पीड़न की रोकथाम अधिनियम 2013
4. सखी वन स्टॉप सेंटर की सेवाएं
5. हेल्पलाइन नंबर (1098, 112, 181)
6. मिशन शक्ति की पहलें (शक्ति सदन और शक्ति निवास)
7. SHe पोर्टल और ऑनलाइन सुरक्षा संबंधी जानकारी

अतिथियों ने बच्चों और महिलाओं को उनके अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूक करते हुए यह समझाया कि लैंगिक समानता समाज के समग्र विकास के लिए आवश्यक है।

ऑनलाइन सुरक्षा: एक महत्वपूर्ण विषय

आज के डिजिटल युग में बच्चों और युवाओं के लिए ऑनलाइन सुरक्षा बेहद जरूरी हो गई है। कार्यशाला में मोबाइल और ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म के सुरक्षित उपयोग पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया।
प्रतिभागियों को गुड और बैड टच की पहचान, मोबाइल गेम्स से जुड़े खतरों, और अनुचित ऐप्स से बचने की सलाह दी गई। यह संदेश बच्चों और अभिभावकों दोनों के लिए समान रूप से महत्वपूर्ण था।

सकारात्मक संबंध और पुरुषत्व पर चर्चा

कार्यशाला में सकारात्मक पुरुषत्व (Positive Masculinity) और जेंडर इक्वलिटी पर भी चर्चा हुई। वक्ताओं ने बताया कि पुरुषों और महिलाओं के बीच समानता और परस्पर सम्मान समाज में हिंसा मुक्त वातावरण बनाने का आधार हैं।

डॉ रुखसाना बानो ने कहा:

“लैंगिक समानता के बिना समाज का संतुलित विकास संभव नहीं है। हर व्यक्ति को अपने अधिकारों के साथ-साथ दूसरों के अधिकारों का भी सम्मान करना चाहिए।”

समापन और प्रेरणादायक संदेश

कार्यशाला का समापन एक प्रेरक सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुति से हुआ। सभी प्रतिभागियों ने “जीना इसी का नाम है” गीत को गाकर मानवता, करुणा, और परोपकार के संदेश को दोहराया।

जेंडर आधारित हिंसा उन्मूलन की ओर एक मजबूत कदम

गुमला में आयोजित यह कार्यशाला न केवल जेंडर आधारित हिंसा के खिलाफ जागरूकता बढ़ाने में सफल रही, बल्कि समाज में लैंगिक समानता और हिंसा मुक्त वातावरण बनाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल साबित हुई।
