जिला स्तरीय समन्वय समिति की बैठक सम्पन्न: उपायुक्त ने दिए प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के निर्देश

गुमला: जिला स्तरीय समन्वय समिति की एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित की गई। बैठक का उद्देश्य सरकारी योजनाओं और सेवाओं का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करना और आम जनता तक उनका लाभ पहुँचाना था। विभिन्न विभागों की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने त्वरित और प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन के निर्देश दिए।

आयुष्मान भारत योजना पर विशेष फोकस

बैठक में आयुष्मान भारत योजना की प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई। राशन और आधार कार्ड के मिसमैच से जुड़ी समस्याओं को सुलझाने पर जोर दिया गया। उपायुक्त ने सभी आयुष्मान मित्रों की कार्यक्षमता पर निगरानी रखने और निष्क्रिय कर्मियों पर कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।
इसके अलावा, PVTG समुदाय के सभी ग्रामीणों के आयुष्मान कार्ड बनाना सुनिश्चित करने और आयुष्मान केंद्रों पर सेवाओं में सुधार लाने की बात कही गई।

स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की समीक्षा

स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में सुधार को प्राथमिकता देते हुए, उपायुक्त ने सिकल सेल एनीमिया जांच को तेजी से पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए। भरनो प्रखंड में 93% प्रगति के साथ, जिले को राज्य का पहला सिकल सेल जांच पूरा करने वाला जिला बनाने की प्रतिबद्धता जताई गई।
उन्होंने सिकल सेल पीड़ित बच्चों को दिव्यांग प्रमाणपत्र जारी कर पेंशन और अन्य सुविधाओं से लाभान्वित करने की प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने पर बल दिया।

रक्तदान और मोबाइल मेडिकल यूनिट्स पर निर्देश

ब्लड डोनेशन के क्षेत्र में न्यूनतम 1000 यूनिट रक्त संग्रह का लक्ष्य तय किया गया। सभी अधिकारियों को रक्तदान के लिए प्रेरित करने और ब्लड बैंक में रक्त की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए नियमित अभियान चलाने की आवश्यकता जताई गई।
मोबाइल मेडिकल यूनिट्स को दूरदराज के इलाकों में सक्रिय रूप से संचालित करने के लिए निगरानी प्रणाली को सुदृढ़ बनाने के निर्देश भी दिए गए।

समाज कल्याण और सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाओं का क्रियान्वयन

समाज कल्याण विभाग की समीक्षा में पोषण ट्रैकर ऐप को अद्यतन करने और आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों के निर्माण कार्य को शीघ्र पूरा करने पर जोर दिया गया। मातृ वंदना योजना और सावित्री बाई फुले किशोरी समृद्धि योजना के लाभार्थियों की सूची को अद्यतन करने की आवश्यकता बताई गई।
सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाओं के तहत मईया सम्मान पेंशन योजना से वंचित लाभार्थियों को चिन्हित कर उनके पंजीकरण कार्य में तेजी लाने की बात कही गई।

आवास और पेयजल योजनाओं की समीक्षा

बैठक में प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना और बिरसा आवास योजना के प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई। वन अधिकार योजनाओं के तहत लाभार्थियों को पूरा सहयोग देने पर जोर दिया गया।
पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग के तहत नाडेप और सोक पिट निर्माण कार्यों की प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए लंबित उपयोगिता प्रमाणपत्रों (UC) को समय पर प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

समन्वय और ऊर्जा के साथ कार्य करने पर बल

बैठक के समापन पर उपायुक्त ने सभी विभागों को समन्वय स्थापित कर योजनाओं का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने अधिकारियों से कहा कि जनता को योजनाओं का लाभ समय पर पहुँचाने के लिए पूरे समर्पण के साथ कार्य करें।
