कड़कती ठंड में जिला प्रशासन ने दी राहत

गुमला जिले में पिछले कुछ दिनों से तापमान में भारी गिरावट देखी जा रही है। कड़कड़ाती ठंड ने लोगों का घर से बाहर निकलना मुश्किल कर दिया है। ऐसे में जिला प्रशासन द्वारा उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के नेतृत्व में जिले के विभिन्न चौक-चौराहों और सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर अलाव जलाने की व्यवस्था की गई है। यह कदम विशेष रूप से शाम और रात के समय राहगीरों और स्थानीय लोगों को राहत देने के लिए उठाया गया है।

नगर परिषद और अंचल अधिकारी निभा रहे अहम जिम्मेदारी

शहरी और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में अलाव जलाने की जिम्मेदारी अलग-अलग विभागों को सौंपी गई है।

• शहरी क्षेत्र: नगर परिषद ने मुख्य चौक-चौराहों और सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर अलाव जलाने की व्यवस्था की है।
• ग्रामीण क्षेत्र: प्रखंडों और ग्रामीण इलाकों में संबंधित अंचल अधिकारी इस कार्य को अंजाम दे रहे हैं।

यह पहल न केवल राहगीरों को राहत पहुंचा रही है, बल्कि दुकानदारों और ठंड से प्रभावित अन्य लोगों के लिए भी सहायक सिद्ध हो रही है।

पिछले 10 दिनों में ठंड का कहर

गुमला जिले में बीते 10 दिनों से तापमान लगातार गिर रहा है। शाम के समय तापमान 8 से 11 डिग्री सेल्सियस के बीच दर्ज किया जा रहा है। ठंड के इस प्रकोप ने जनजीवन को प्रभावित किया है। प्रशासन ने लोगों को खासतौर पर सुबह और शाम के समय बाहर जाने से बचने की सलाह दी है। उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने कहा कि जरूरी होने पर ही बाहर निकलें और ठंड से बचाव के लिए गर्म कपड़े पहनें।

उपायुक्त ने लिया अलाव का जायजा

गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने स्वयं विभिन्न चौक-चौराहों का दौरा कर अलाव जलाने की व्यवस्थाओं का निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने स्थानीय लोगों से बातचीत कर यह सुनिश्चित किया कि अलाव जलाने की व्यवस्था से उन्हें ठंड से राहत मिल रही है। उपायुक्त ने बताया कि प्रशासन का यह प्रयास जारी रहेगा ताकि सर्दी के इस मौसम में लोगों को किसी तरह की असुविधा न हो।

स्थानीय लोगों की प्रतिक्रिया

अलाव जलाने की इस व्यवस्था से गुमला के स्थानीय नागरिकों ने राहत की सांस ली है। राहगीरों और दुकानदारों ने प्रशासन की इस पहल की सराहना की है। एक स्थानीय दुकानदार ने कहा, “ठंड के कारण शाम को दुकान पर बैठना मुश्किल हो रहा था। अब अलाव जलने से ठंड से काफी राहत मिली है।”

सुरक्षित रहें और ठंड से बचाव करें

ठंड के इस मौसम में प्रशासन ने जिलेवासियों से अपील की है कि वे सतर्क रहें।

• सुबह और शाम के समय गर्म कपड़े पहनें।
• केवल जरूरी काम के लिए ही बाहर निकलें।
• अलाव का उपयोग करते समय सुरक्षा का ध्यान रखें।
