“फिटनेस का जश्न: स्वस्थ जीवनशैली को बढ़ावा देने का अनूठा प्रयास”
विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय (वीबीयू) में आयोजित फिट इंडिया वीक 2024 ने खेल, स्वास्थ्य और मनोरंजन को एक साथ लाने का आदर्श मंच प्रस्तुत किया। इस सप्ताह के मुख्य आकर्षण में शनिवार को विश्वविद्यालय स्टेडियम में खेला गया मैत्रीपूर्ण क्रिकेट मैच था। प्रोफेसर-11 और वी.सी.-11 की टीमों के बीच खेला गया यह मैच दर्शकों के लिए रोमांच और फिटनेस का संदेश लेकर आया।
प्रोफेसर-11 बनाम वी.सी.-11: एक यादगार मुकाबला
मैच की शुरुआत से ही दोनों टीमों ने खेल भावना और उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन का परिचय दिया।
- प्रोफेसर-11: कप्तान डॉ. विनोद रंजन के नेतृत्व में प्रोफेसर-11 ने पहले बल्लेबाजी की और 98 रनों का लक्ष्य खड़ा किया।
- वी.सी.-11: कुलपति प्रोफेसर (डॉ.) पवन कुमार पोद्दार की अगुवाई में वी.सी.-11 ने अपनी पूरी ताकत झोंक दी लेकिन 95 रन पर ही सिमट गई।
मुख्य खिलाड़ी और उनके योगदान:
- डॉ. उमेंद्र सिंह ने अपनी ताबड़तोड़ बल्लेबाजी से टीम को मजबूत स्कोर तक पहुंचाया।
- डॉ. नवीन चंद्र की चुस्त गेंदबाजी ने वी.सी.-11 के बल्लेबाजों को परेशान किया।
- डॉ. विनोद रंजन की शानदार विकेटकीपिंग ने दर्शकों को मंत्रमुग्ध कर दिया।
कमेंट्री और दर्शकों का उत्साह
मैच को और भी खास बनाया अर्थशास्त्र के शोधार्थी पुष्कर कुमार पुष्प की जीवंत और रोमांचक कमेंट्री ने। मैदान पर उनकी आवाज ने खिलाड़ियों और दर्शकों के बीच जोश का संचार किया।
- अंपायरिंग का जिम्मा छात्र रिशु कुमार ने बखूबी संभाला।
- लगभग 300 छात्रों ने इस आयोजन का हिस्सा बनकर खेल के प्रति अपने उत्साह को व्यक्त किया।
आयोजन में भूमिका निभाने वाले प्रमुख छात्र:
अभिषेक, आरती, अदिति, पल्लवी, रंजन, अविनाश, ज्योति, और रंजना जैसे विद्यार्थियों ने आयोजन को सफल बनाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई।

मैच के समापन पर कुलपति प्रोफेसर (डॉ.) पवन कुमार पोद्दार ने खिलाड़ियों और दर्शकों को संबोधित किया। उन्होंने फिटनेस के महत्व पर जोर देते हुए कहा, “स्वस्थ शरीर में ही स्वस्थ मन का निवास होता है। खेल न केवल फिटनेस को बढ़ावा देता है बल्कि टीम भावना, अनुशासन और आत्मविश्वास का निर्माण भी करता है।”
फिट इंडिया मूवमेंट: एक सार्थक पहल
फिट इंडिया मूवमेंट, जिसकी शुरुआत 2019 में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने की थी, का उद्देश्य नागरिकों को स्वास्थ्य और फिटनेस के प्रति जागरूक बनाना है।
- स्वास्थ्य लाभ: नियमित व्यायाम और खेल व्यक्ति के शारीरिक और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य को बेहतर बनाते हैं।
