गुमला में शिक्षा सुधार के लिए ‘सिक्छा कर भेंट’ अभियान का क्रांतिकारी कदम

गुमला जिले में शिक्षा गुणवत्ता सुधार के लिए उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की पहल ‘सिक्छा कर भेंट’ ने एक नई दिशा दी है। इस अभियान के तहत जिले के सभी वरीय अधिकारियों ने विद्यालय और महाविद्यालयों का नियमित दौरा कर कक्षा 10वीं और 12वीं के छात्रों की पढ़ाई और परीक्षा तैयारी की निगरानी शुरू की है।

यह गतिविधि, जो शिक्षा में उत्कृष्टता की ओर एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रयास है, का उद्देश्य आगामी बोर्ड परीक्षा 2025 में जिले के छात्रों को शानदार परिणाम दिलाना है। पिछले दो हफ्तों में ही 175 से अधिक विद्यालयों का अनुश्रवण किया गया है।

शिक्षा सुधार में अधिकारियों की सक्रिय भागीदारी

उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने जिले के लगभग 90 वरीय अधिकारियों को यह जिम्मेदारी सौंपी है कि वे साप्ताहिक रूप से विद्यालयों का दौरा करें।

• परीक्षा तैयारी पर ध्यान: यह अभियान छात्रों की परीक्षा तैयारी, प्री-बोर्ड टेस्ट संचालन और उनकी पढ़ाई की स्थिति का गहन निरीक्षण करता है।
• महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश: दिसंबर के अंत तक प्री-बोर्ड परीक्षा समाप्ति के बाद छात्रों को होमवर्क असाइनमेंट दिए जाएंगे।
• जनवरी 2025: प्री-बोर्ड के परिणाम जारी कर छात्रों को सुधारात्मक कक्षाओं और मॉडल प्रश्नों के माध्यम से और तैयारी कराई जाएगी।

महत्वपूर्ण आंकड़े और जिले की तैयारी

गुमला जिले में बोर्ड परीक्षा 2025 में भाग लेने वाले छात्रों की संख्या इस प्रकार है:

• कक्षा 10वीं: 164 माध्यमिक विद्यालयों से लगभग 14,000 छात्र।
• कक्षा 12वीं: 46 उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालयों और इंटर महाविद्यालयों से लगभग 7,000 छात्र।

इस व्यापक अभियान का उद्देश्य छात्रों को न केवल बोर्ड परीक्षा में अच्छे अंकों के लिए तैयार करना है, बल्कि उनके समग्र शैक्षणिक विकास को भी सुनिश्चित करना है।

अभियान की विशेषताएं और रणनीतियां

1. गहन अनुश्रवण:
   पिछले दो सप्ताहों में जिले के 175 से अधिक विद्यालयों का निरीक्षण किया गया। यह प्रयास छात्रों की शैक्षणिक स्थिति का वास्तविक आकलन करने के लिए किया गया।
2. शीतकालीन अवकाश की योजना:
   छात्रों को अवकाश के दौरान सतत अध्ययन के लिए महत्वपूर्ण प्रश्नों के साथ होमवर्क असाइनमेंट दिए जाएंगे।
3. रेमेडियल कक्षाएं और कोर्स का दोहराव:
   परीक्षा परिणाम के आधार पर विषय-विशेष कक्षाएं आयोजित की जाएंगी, ताकि छात्रों की कमजोरियों को दूर किया जा सके।

वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों की भूमिका और सक्रियता

अभियान में जिला एवं प्रखंड स्तर के वरीय अधिकारियों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही।

• उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की नेतृत्व क्षमता ने इस अभियान को गति दी।
• मुख्य अधिकारी: विद्या भूषण कुमार (निदेशक, डीआरडीए), कंचन सिंह (एलआरडीसी, चैनपुर), और नूर आलम खां (डीएसई, गुमला)।
• अन्य पदाधिकारी: रमेश यादव (बीडीओ, सिसई), जोसेफ कंडुलना (बीडीओ, कामदारा), और सुप्रिया भगत (बीडीओ, बसिया)।

इन अधिकारियों ने विद्यालयों में जाकर छात्रों की तैयारी का जायजा लिया और शिक्षकों के साथ समन्वय किया।

इस अभियान के पिछले वर्ष के सफल परिणामों को देखते हुए, इस बार इसे और भी प्रभावी तरीके से लागू किया गया है। छात्रों की शिक्षा गुणवत्ता में सुधार लाने के लिए सभी स्तरों पर काम हो रहा है।
