गुमला: पारंपरिक कारीगरी को आधुनिक बाजार से जोड़ने की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम

गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने एक ऐतिहासिक पहल करते हुए रामजड़ी गांव में ब्रास एवं ब्रॉन्ज क्लस्टर का शुभारंभ किया। यह गांव अपनी सैकड़ों वर्षों पुरानी ब्रास कारीगरी के लिए विख्यात है। उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के नेतृत्व में यह कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया, जिसमें कारीगरों को प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए कई महत्वपूर्ण योजनाओं का ऐलान किया गया।

रामजड़ी गांव में लगभग 250 परिवार ब्रास और ब्रॉन्ज कारीगरी से जुड़े हुए हैं। इस पहल का उद्देश्य इन परिवारों की पारंपरिक कला को संरक्षित करना और इसे आधुनिक तकनीक और बाजार की पहुंच से जोड़ना है।

कार्यक्रम की मुख्य विशेषताएं

1. ब्रास एवं ब्रॉन्ज क्लस्टर का उद्घाटन

कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी द्वारा ब्रास एवं ब्रॉन्ज क्लस्टर के उद्घाटन से हुई। यह क्लस्टर कारीगरों के लिए सामूहिक कार्य और सहयोग का एक मंच प्रदान करेगा।

• कारीगरों को एकीकृत करने और उनकी कला को और निखारने के लिए इस क्लस्टर की स्थापना की गई है।
• यह मंच कारीगरों को अपने उत्पादों को राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार तक पहुंचाने में मदद करेगा।

2. सुरक्षा उपकरणों का वितरण

मुख्यमंत्री लघु कुटीर उद्यम विकास बोर्ड और हिंडाल्को के CSR कार्यक्रम के तहत 50 कारीगरों को सुरक्षा उपकरण (टूल किट) वितरित किए गए।

• इन उपकरणों का उद्देश्य कारीगरों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना और उनकी कार्यक्षमता में सुधार करना है।
• उपायुक्त ने कारीगरों से उपकरणों का सही उपयोग कर अपने उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता को और बेहतर बनाने की अपील की।

3. सामुदायिक सुविधा केंद्र का निर्माण

कार्यक्रम में सामुदायिक सुविधा केंद्र (CFC) के निर्माण का प्रस्ताव भी मंजूर किया गया।

• इस केंद्र में आधुनिक मशीनों की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।
• कारीगरों को तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण देने और उनके उत्पादों को और प्रतिस्पर्धी बनाने के लिए यह केंद्र सहायक होगा।

कारीगरों की समस्याओं पर चर्चा

कार्यक्रम के दौरान कारीगरों ने अपनी कठिनाइयों और चुनौतियों को उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखा।

• प्रमुख समस्याएं:
  1. आधुनिक तकनीक की कमी
  2. बाजार तक पहुंच न होना
  3. सहकारी समितियों से न जुड़ पाना

उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने इन समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए कई महत्वपूर्ण घोषणाएं कीं:

• कारीगरों को सहकारी समितियों से जोड़ा जाएगा।
• उनके उत्पादों का पंजीकरण कर, उन्हें झारखंड से बाहर भी प्रदर्शित करने का अवसर दिया जाएगा।
• बाजार तक उनकी पहुंच बनाने के लिए सरकार और निजी कंपनियों के साथ साझेदारी की जाएगी।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान कारीगरों द्वारा बनाए गए ब्रास और ब्रॉन्ज के बर्तनों की प्रदर्शनी आयोजित की गई।

• उपायुक्त ने इन उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता और कारीगरों की प्रतिभा की सराहना की।
• उन्होंने कहा कि यह कला झारखंड की सांस्कृतिक धरोहर है, जिसे संरक्षित करने के साथ-साथ आधुनिक बाजार की मांग के अनुरूप विकसित करना जरूरी है।

• आने वाले समय में प्रशासन ब्रास और ब्रॉन्ज कारीगरों के लिए नए प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम शुरू करेगा।
• कारीगरों को ई-कॉमर्स प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से अपने उत्पादों को ऑनलाइन बेचने का प्रशिक्षण भी दिया जाएगा।
