मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने मांडर के चार मिल्क कलेक्शन व चिलिंग प्लांट के निरीक्षण के बाद कहा-झारखंड में अब प्रखंड स्तर पर लगेगा पशु बाजार,पशु धन को लेकर किसानों के लिए जारी होगा रेट चार्ट

रांची : कृषि, पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने कहा है कि बहुत जल्द प्रखंड स्तर पर पशु बाजार की शुरुआत होगी. इसका उद्देश्य वाजिब दर पर अच्छी नस्ल की गाय या दूसरे पशु किसानों को उपलब्ध कराना होगा. इसको लेकर विभाग योजना से संबंधित कैलेंडर भी जारी करेगा. पशु बाजार में पशु की खरीद-बिक्री को पारदर्शी बनाने के लिए पशु रेट चार्ट भी जारी किया जाएगा.

मंत्री ने मंगलवार को अपने विधानसभा क्षेत्र मांडर के भ्रमण के दौरान ये बातें कही. उन्होंने मांडर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के करगे, बंझिला, महुआ जारी और कैम्बो में मिल्क कलेक्शन एवं चिलिंग प्लांट का निरीक्षण किया. इस दौरान झारखंड मिल्क फेडरेशन के पदाधिकारी भी मौजूद रहे.

मंत्री ने करगे मिल्क कलेक्शन एवं चिलिंग प्लांट के निरीक्षण के दौरान साफ-सफाई के साथ सुरक्षा का ध्यान रखने का निर्देश दिया. इस प्लांट में अधिक मात्रा में दूध का कलेक्शन होता है. निरीक्षण के दौरान किसानों ने कैटल फीड के लिए मेधा दाना के दर में 5 रुपये तक कमी करने की मांग दोहराई. मंत्री ने विभागीय अधिकारियों को चारा काटने की मशीन को लेकर भी जानकारी ली. साथ ही किसानों को चारा काटने की मशीन कैसे उपलब्ध हो, इसको लेकर निर्देशित भी किया.

90 प्रतिशत सब्सिडी पर ST/SC व विधवाओं को पशु देने की योजना

निरीक्षण के दौरान गाय वितरण में अनियमितता की बात भी किसानों द्वारा कही गई. पशुपालन विभाग द्वारा 90 प्रतिशत सब्सिडी पर ST/ SC और विधवा को पशु देने की योजना है, जबकि सामान्य के लिए ये सब्सिडी 75 प्रतिशत है. किसानों का आरोप है कि बाजार मूल्य से ज्यादा दर निर्धारित कर सब्सिडी का लाभ उन्हें दिया जाता है.

मंत्री ने किसानों को आश्वस्त किया है कि अब ऐसा नहीं होगा. इसके साथ ही विभाग द्वारा दिए जाने वाले पशु का रेट चार्ट भी सार्वजनिक किया जाएगा. विभाग पशु धन योजना को लेकर किसानों के लिए कैलेंडर जारी करेगी. इस कैलेंडर में योजना से संबंधित सभी तरह की जानकारी उपलब्ध रहेगी.

किसानों ने उत्तर प्रदेश-बिहार से लाए जाने वाली गाय की मृत्यु दर अधिक होने की शिकायत मंत्री से की. किसानों ने मंत्री से लोकल गाय उपलब्ध कराने का आग्रह किया. किसानों ने गोकुल भवन की संख्या बढ़ाने की मांग की है, ताकि दूध कलेक्शन की मात्रा को बढ़ाया जा सके.

मंत्री ने किसानों से विभाग द्वारा संचालित प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में बढ़-चढ़ कर हिस्सा लेने को कहा है. प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किसानों को विभाग की योजनाओं का लाभ लेने और रोजगार के अवसर प्राप्त करने में ज्यादा मदद मिलेगी.
