झारखंड की राजनीति में हाशिये पर जाता स्वर्ण समाज, मंत्रिमंडल में भी जगह नहीं, सभी दलों ने की अनदेखी

रांची : मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन के मंत्रिमंडल को लेकर केवल कांग्रेस, झामुमो व राजद में ही नाराजगी नहीं है, बल्कि स्वर्ण समाज भी नाराज है. हेमंत सोरेन ने सारे समीकरण को साधते हुए मंत्रियों का चयन तो किया, लेकिन मंत्रिमंडल में अगड़ी जाति से किसी को मंत्री नहीं बनाया. झारखंड में ऐसा पहली बार हुआ है, जब सरकार से अगड़ी जाति को आउट कर दिया गया है. हेमंत सोरेन की पिछली सरकार में अगड़ी जाति से दो मंत्री थे. इनमें झामुमो कोटे से मिथिलेश ठाकुर व कांग्रेस कोटे से बादल पत्रलेख. अंतिम तीन महीने के लिए बादल पत्रलेख की जगह कांग्रेस ने दीपिका पांडेय सिंह को मंत्री बनाया था.

2024 के विधानसभा चुनाव में जब इंडिया गठबंधन को शानदार जीत मिली तो सरकार से अगड़ी जाति को ही बाहर कर दिया गया. झामुमो, कांग्रेस व राजद किसी ने अगड़ी जाति के विधायक का नाम मंत्री के लिए नहीं दिया. जबकि तीनों दलों के पास अगड़ी जाति के विधायक हैं. राजद से तो उम्मीद नहीं थी, लेकिन कांग्रेस व झामुमो से सबको उम्मीद थी. कांग्रेस की सूची जब सार्वजनिक हुई और बेरमो विधायक अनूप सिंह का इसमें नाम नहीं था, तब सबकी नजरें झामुमो पर टिक गई. क्योंकि झामुमो कोटे से छह मंत्री शामिल होने वाले थे. झामुमो में अगड़ी जाति से दो नाम थे.

पलामू प्रमंडल से अकेले जीतकर आए भवनाथपुर विधायक अनंत प्रताप देव व सारठ विधायक उदय शंकर सिंह उर्फ चुन्ना सिंह. अनंत प्रताप देव ने जहां भाजपा के कद्दावर व फायरब्रांड नेता भानु प्रताप शाही को हराया है तो, वहीं चुन्ना सिंह ने रणधीर सिंह को. देव दो बार के तो चुन्ना सिंह पांच बार के विधायक हैं. हेमंत सोरेन ने इनमें से किसी को मंत्री नहीं बनाया. इसके बाद से अगड़ी जातियों में नाराजगी की खबरें आने लगी.

इंडिया गठबंधन को जब शानदार जीत मिली तो, सबको उम्मीद थी कि पहले की तरह इस बार भी सभी जातियों को मंत्रिमंडल में जगह मिलेगी. हेमंत सोरेन सामाजिक समरता का संदेश देंगे. क्योंकि इंडिया गठबंधन से कई स्वर्ण विधायक जीत कर आए हैं. स्वर्ण समाज का भी समर्थन इंडिया गठबंधन को मिला है. यदि इस समाज का समर्थन नहीं मिलता तो कई विधायक जीतकर नहीं आते.

यहां यह बताना जरूरी है कि कांग्रेस कोटे से मंत्री बनीं दीपिका पांडेय सिंह का चयन अगड़ी जाति से नहीं बल्कि ओबीसी व महिला कोटे से हुआ है. कांग्रेस प्रभारी सहित कई नेता भी इसकी पुष्टि कर चुके हैं. इसके पहले की सरकारों में समीकरण साधने के लिए तो अगड़ी जातियों में भी अगल-अलग जातियों का भी ख्याल रख जाता था.

मंईया सम्मान योजना की वजह से स्वर्ण महिलाओं का भी समर्थन मिला

झारखंड में अगड़ी जाति की अच्छी आबादी है. इनमें सदान व मूलवासी भी हैं. सदानों व मूलवासियों का समर्थन झामुमो को मिलता रहा है. इस बार भी मिला है. मंईया सम्मान योजना की वजह से स्वर्ण महिलाओं का भी समर्थन मिला है. हेमंत सोरेन सहित झामुमो के सभी नेता भी आदिवासियों के साथ-साथ सदानों व मूलवासियों को हक-अधिकार देने की बात कहते रहे हैं. लेकिन मंत्रिमंडल में किसी को जगह क्यों नहीं दी गई, क्या दबाव था, यह तो सीएम ही जानें. लेकिन शानदार जीत का संदेश अच्छा नहीं गया है.

अब तो यही कहा जा रहा है कि जीत के बाद एक बड़े वर्ग को राजनीतिक रूप से हाशिये पर डाल दिया गया है. आदिवासी, अल्पसंख्यक, ओबीसी व दलित की राजनीति के आगे स्वर्ण समाज को किनारे कर दिया गया. इंडिया गठबंधन की राजनीति में अगड़ी जाति को महत्व नहीं दिया जा रहा है. इसके पीछे शायद सोच यही है कि अगड़ी जातियों का समर्थन भाजपा को मिल रहा है.

सवाल उठता है कि जब अगड़ी जातियों का समर्थन भाजपा को मिलता तो भवनाथपुर से अनंत प्रताप देव, बिश्रामपुर से नरेश सिंह, बेरमो से अनूप सिंह, बोकारो से श्वेता सिंह, सारठ से चुन्ना सिंह ने जीत कैसे हासिल की. क्या इन सीटों पर अगड़ी जातियों का समर्थन इंडिया गठबंधन को नहीं मिला. बिना समर्थन जीत मिल गई. डालटनगंज से कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी केएन त्रिपाठी बहुत कम अंतर से चुनाव हार गए.

लेकिन पहली बार त्रिपाठी को ब्राह्मणों का एकतरफा समर्थन मिला. समर्थन की वजह से ही जीत के करीब पहुंच गए. शहरी क्षेत्र में अधिक समर्थन नहीं मिलने की वजह से उनकी हार हुई. छतरपुर-पाटन में कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी राधाकृष्ण किशोर के साथ भी अगड़ी जाति के लोग थे. यह केवल उदाहरण है. शानदार जीत पर बड़ा दिल दिखाने के बदले इंडिया गठबंधन ने भेदभाव की राजनीति की. इसका संदेश अच्छा नहीं गया है और एक बड़े तबके में उपेक्षा से निराशा है.

लोकसभा चुनाव में भाजपा ने अगड़ी जाति के तीन सांसदों चतरा से सुनील सिंह, धनबाद से पीएन सिंह व हजारीबाग से जयंत सिन्हा का टिकट काट दिया था. इसके बदले सिर्फ चतरा से भूमिहार जाति से स्थानीय उम्मीदवार कालीचरण सिंह को उम्मीदवार बनाया था.

2019 के लोकसभा चुनाव में कोडरमा से रविंद्र राय को बेटिकट कर दिया गया था. जबकि गिरिडीह से लगातार जीत रहे रविंद्र पांडेय की सीट आजसू को दे दी गई थी. पहले भाजपा और अब इंडिया गठबंधन ने अगड़ी जाति की अनदेखी की है. झारखंड में राजनीतिक दलों के एजेंडे में अगड़ी जाति हाशिये पर चला गया है.
