2-3 जनवरी तक राज्य कृषि निदेशक तक रिपोर्ट सौंपने का मंत्री ने दिया निर्देश, गोड्डा जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी के अनुपस्थित रहने पर शोकॉज

रांची : कृषि, पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की सोमवार को अपने विभागीय अधिकारियों के जवाब से नाराज दिखी. जिला कृषि पदाधिकारियों के पास कृषि मंत्री के सवाल का जवाब नहीं था. कृषि विभाग द्वारा संचालित योजना और उसके लाभुकों की सही जानकारी देने में जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी फिसड्डी साबित हुए.

दरअसल, रांची के हेसाग स्थित पशुपालन भवन में रबी फसल पर राज्यस्तरीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया था. इस कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य किसानों को रबी फसल की सही जानकारी देना और उन्नत कृषि की ओर कदम बढ़ाना रहा. विभागीय सचिव अबू बक्कर सिद्दिकी ने कहा कि कृषि विभाग में काम करना एक बेहतर अवसर है.

किसानों से मिलकर जमीनी,  हकीकत को जानकर किसानों को सरकार की योजना का लाभ दिया जा सकता है. BAU ने झारखंड की भूमि के अनुसार बीज तैयार किए हैं, जिसका लाभ राज्य के किसानों को दिया जा सकता है. कृषि, पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने जब कार्यशाला को संबोधित करना शुरू किया, तो उन्होंने सबसे पहले जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी से विभाग द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं के बारे में सवाल पूछना शुरू किया.

मंत्री के सवाल पर हॉल के अंदर पसरा रहा सन्नाटा 

बोकारो जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी से इसकी शुरुआत हुई. मंत्री ने जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी से जानना चाहा कि योजना क्या है और इसके तहत कितने लाभुकों को लाभ मिला? लेकिन सामने से कोई जवाब नहीं मिला. इसके बाद मंत्री ने धनबाद, दुमका, गोड्डा सहित कई जिलों से विभागीय योजना से संबंधित सवाल पूछे. किसी के पास मंत्री के सवाल का संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं था.

मंत्री के सवाल पर हॉल के अंदर सन्नाटा पसरा रहा. वो इस दौरान काफी नाराज भी दिखी. मंत्री ने यहां तक कह दिया कि अधिकारी मक्खी मारने के लिए दफ्तर नहीं आएं. इसके साथ ही गोड्डा जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी के कर्मशाला से अनुपस्थित रहने पर शोकॉज करने का निर्देश दिया.

मंत्री ने विभागीय अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि वो जब भी इस तरह की कार्यशाला में शिरकत करने आए, तो पूरी तैयारी के साथ आएं. मंत्री ने कहा कि पहले ही विभागीय अधिकारियों को सप्ताह में दो दिन फील्ड विजिट करने का निर्देश दिया गया था. इसे हर हाल में पूरा करना है.

31 दिसंबर तक अलग-अलग कार्यशाला आयोजित करने का लक्ष्य दिया गया है. उसके बाद 2 से 3 जनवरी तक राज्य कृषि निदेशक तक रिपोर्ट सौंपने को कहा गया है. इस रिपोर्ट में धरातल पर योजना की हकीकत और लाभुकों की संख्या को विशेष तौर पर अंकित किया जाएगा.
