5वीं अनुसूची राज्यों में जनसंख्या को परिसीमन का आधार बनाने पर घटेगी आरक्षित सीटें: शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की

 जातिगत जनगणना से देश के आदिवासी समाज पर पड़नेवाले प्रभाव, चुनौती और समाधान विषय पर दिल्ली में कार्यशाला में शामिल हुए राहुल गांधी

रांची : झारखंड में समय के साथ दूसरे प्रदेश से आकर बसनेवालों की आबादी बढ़ी है, वहीं आदिवासी समाज की जनसंख्या या तो घटी है या स्थिर है. ऐसे में अगर पांचवीं अनुसूची राज्यों में जनसंख्या को परिसीमन का आधार बनाया जाएगा, तो आरक्षित सीटों की संख्या में कमी आएगी. ये निर्णय आदिवासी समाज की सुरक्षा और संरक्षण को धूमिल करने वाला होगा. ये बात दिल्ली में देश भर के कांग्रेस प्रवक्ताओं की कार्यशाला को संबोधित करते हुए झारखंड की कृषि, पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने कही है.

कार्यशाला को लोकसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष राहुल गांधी ने विशेष रूप संबोधित किया. देश में जातीय जनगणना का भारत के आदिवासी समाज पर पड़नेवाले प्रभाव, चुनौती और समाधान विषय पर अपनी बात रखते हुए मंत्री ने कहा है कि कांग्रेस को एक बड़ी भूमिका तय करनी है.

कांग्रेस जातीय जनगणना के तहत सामाजिक न्याय का संदेश और उद्देश्य लेकर आगे बढ़ाना चाहती है, जबकि केंद्र में बैठी बीजेपी और RSS इसे उलझाने में लगी है. आदिम काल से ही आदिवासी समाज में जातीय व्यवस्था का कोई स्थान नहीं है, जबकि बीजेपी इसे जबरन थोपना चाहती है.

मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने स्पष्ट शब्दों में कहा कि जनगणना प्रक्रिया में आदिवासी समुदाय को उनकी मूल और एकीकृत पहचान के साथ दर्ज किया जाना चाहिए, ना कि उप-वर्गों में विभाजित कर. देश भर में आदिवासी समाज समानता और एकता की मिसाल है.

उन्होंने यह भी रेखांकित किया कि आदिवासी समुदाय न केवल सांस्कृतिक रूप से, बल्कि दिल और आत्मा से भी एक है,  फिर चाहे वो झारखंड हो, मणिपुर हो, ओडिशा हो या छत्तीसगढ़ हो. जब देश के किसी कोने में एक आदिवासी पर हमला होता है, तो वह केवल एक राज्य की नहीं, बल्कि पूरे देश के आदिवासी समाज की पीड़ा बन जाती है. मंत्री ने कहा कि सरना धर्मावलंबियों को अलग से कॉलम उपलब्ध कराया जाए.
