गिरिडीह डीसी ने सभी अंचलाधिकारियों को भू-अर्जन कार्यालय से समन्वय स्थापित कर लंबित एलपीसी/वंशावली को अविलंब निर्गत करने का दिया निर्देश

गिरिडीह : जिले के उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने सोमवार को झारखण्ड राज्य अंतर्गत पथ निर्माण विभाग, झारखण्ड, सड़क परिवहन एवं राज्यमार्ग मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार तथा भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकार, भारत सरकार द्वारा क्रियान्वित परियोजनाओं की समीक्षा से संबंधित बैठक की।

बैठक में उपायुक्त द्वारा विभिन्न बिंदुओं की समीक्षा की गई। समीक्षा के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने एनएच 114 से संबंधित समीक्षा कर संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए। एनएच 114 में पेंडिंग मामलों का निपटारा जल्द करें। इसके संबंध में बताया गया कि FRA का निर्णय लिया गया है और 06 मौजा का अवार्ड तैयार कर रैयतों के बीच वितरित किया जा रहा है। लाभुकों के बीच नोटिस बांटा जा रहा है.

रैयतों द्वारा भू अर्जन कार्यालय में राजस्व संबंधी दस्तावेज जमा करने के उपरांत मुआवजा भुगतान की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी जाएगी। साथ ही सभी अंचलाधिकारी को भू-अर्जन कार्यालय से समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए कैंप लगाकर लंबित एलपीसी/वंशावली को अविलंब निर्गत करने के निर्देश दिए। इसके अलावा उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को आपसी समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए कार्यों को संपादित करने के निर्देश दिए।
