RTI में गृह मंत्रालय का जवाब यह साफ़ दर्शाता है कि किस प्रकार भाजपा ने धार्मिक ध्रुवीकरण के लिए झारखंड चुनाव के दौरान बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठ का झूठा नैरेटिव गढ़ा. संथालपरगना में तो बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठ के सांप्रदायिक एजेंडे का खोखलापन पहले ही उजागर हो चुका था. मीडिया भी आंख बंद कर बगैर फैक्ट चेक किये भाजपा के बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठिये के सांप्रदायिक एजेंडे को फैलाया.
रांची : झारखंड चुनाव के दौरान प्रधानमंत्री व गृहमंत्री समेत सभी प्रमुख भाजपा नेताओं ने लगातार बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठियों का हौव्वा खड़ा करके सांप्रदायिक नफरत फैलाने की कोशिश की थी. भाजपा ने राज्य में लाखों बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठिये होने का दावा किया था. अभी भी कई भाजपा नेता यही खटराग अलाप रहे हैं. लेकिन दिलचस्प बात ये है कि केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय ने ही इनके दावों के खोखलेपन को उजागर कर दिया है.
एक आरटीआई आवेदन के जवाब में इसका खुलासा हुआ है. देश में बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठियों के विवरण से सम्बंधित जानकारी की मांग किए जाने के बाद गृह मंत्रालय ने कहा है कि उनके पास बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठियों की संख्या व उनके गतिविधियों सम्बंधित कोई जानकारी नहीं है.
पूरे देश के लिए राज्यवार जानकारी मांगी गयी थी
झारखंड जनाधिकार महासभा की कोर कमेटी के सदस्य सिराज दत्ता ने इस मामले में सूचना अधिकार अधिनियम के तहत गृह मंत्रालय से सूचना मांगी थी. श्री दत्ता ने बताया कि पिछले 4 अक्टूबर 2024 को किया गया आरटीआई आवेदन पिछले तीन महीनों में गृह मंत्रालय के विभिन्न विभागों (जैसे नागरिकता प्रकोष्ठ, विदेशी प्रकोष्ठ, प्रवासी प्रकोष्ठ, आव्रजन ब्यूरो, खुफिया विभाग) में घूमता रहा. एक के बाद एक विभाग यह जवाब देते रहे कि उनके पास कोई जानकारी नहीं और फिर दूसरे विभाग को सूचना भेजते रहे.
झारखंड जनाधिकार महासभा की ओर से जारी एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में कहा गया कि आरटीआई आवेदन में पूरे देश के लिए निम्न राज्यवार जानकारी मांगी गयी थी– जिनमें मुख्य रूप से बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठियों की संख्या, लैंड जिहाद के मामले, लव जिहाद के मामले और इन मामलों के विरुद्ध गृह विभाग की कार्रवाई.
उन्होंने बताया कि गृह मंत्रालय का जवाब यह साफ़ दर्शाता है कि किस प्रकार भाजपा ने धार्मिक ध्रुवीकरण के लिए झारखंड चुनाव के दौरान बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठ का झूठ फैलाया. हालांकि संथालपरगना में बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठ के सांप्रदायिक एजेंडा का खोखलापन पहले ही उजागर हो चुका था.
प्रशासन ने माना कि झारखंड में बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठिए नहीं हैं
उन्होंने बताया कि जैसे-स्थानीय प्रशासन ने उच्च न्यायालय में सम्बंधित PIL में कहा है कि क्षेत्र में बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठिये नहीं हैं, स्थानीय लोग कह रहे हैं कि बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठिये नहीं है, राष्ट्रीय पत्रकारों ने भाजपा द्वारा आदिवासी महिलाओं (जिनमें कथित रूप से बांग्लादेशी मुसलमान शादी की है) की जारी की गई सूची की जांच कर पाया गया है कि स्पष्ट झूठ है, चुनाव आयोग द्वारा बनायी गई टीम (जिसमें भाजपा के सदस्य भी थे) ने जांच में कुछ नहीं पाया था, महासभा की तथ्यान्वेषण रिपोर्ट में भी यही बात सामने आई और केंद्र सरकार ने भी उच्च न्यायालय में सबंधित PIL में माना है कि भूमि विवाद मामलों में बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठियों के साथ कोई जुड़ाव नहीं मिला था.
उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा का एक प्रमुख एजेंडा तो मुसलमानों के विरुद्ध नफ़रत और साम्प्रदायिकता फैलाना ही है. इस काम में तो खुद मोदी सरकार भी लगी हुई है. झारखंड चुनाव में इसी उद्देश्य के साथ बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठिये का हौव्वा खड़ा किया गया था. यह महज़ संयोग नहीं है कि आदिवासियों और मूलवासियों को बांटने और झारखंडी समाज को तोड़ने की भाजपा की राजनीति को मतदाताओं ने विधान सभा चुनाव में नकार दिया.
मीडिया जगत भी बगैर फैक्ट चेक किए भाजपा का साथ दिया
झारखंड जनाधिकार महासभा की कोर कमेटी के कई सदस्यों ने बताया कि अनेक प्रिंट व डिजिटल मीडिया भी आंख बंद कर बिना फैक्ट चेक किये भाजपा के बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठिये के सांप्रदायिक एजेंडा को फैलाया. गृह मंत्रालय के जवाब के बाद उन्हें आत्मनिरीक्षण करना चाहिए.
झारखंड जनाधिकार महासभा राज्य सरकार से मांग करती है कि किसी भी नेता या सामाजिक-राजनैतिक संगठन/दल द्वारा बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठिये, लैंड जिहाद, लव जिहाद जैसे शब्दों का प्रयोग कर साम्प्रदायिकता फैलाने की कोशिश होती है व झारखंडी समाज को तोड़ने की कोशिश होती है, तो उनके विरुद्ध न्यायसंगत कार्यवाई हो.
