कृषि भवन में औचक निरीक्षण करने पहुंची मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने कर्मियों और अधिकारियों की छुट्टी पर रहने पर नाराजगी जतायी

रांची : झारखंड में अब 1 एकड़ से कम में बने तालाब का भी सरकार जीर्णोद्धार करेगी. अगले वित्तीय वर्ष में निजी तालाब को लेकर कृषि, पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता विभाग को प्लान तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया गया है. इसके साथ ही नये निर्देश के अनुसार अब तालाब के जीर्णोद्धार के दौरान एक तरफ से सीढ़ी का निर्माण भी कराया जाएगा. ये निर्देश कृषि, पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने कांके कृषि भवन के औचक निरीक्षण के क्रम में सोमवार को उपस्थित अधिकारियों को दिया.

वर्तमान में निजी तालाब के जीर्णोद्धार के लिए कम से कम 1 एकड़ और अधिक से अधिक 5 एकड़ वाले तालाब की योजना चल रही है. इस योजना से बड़ी संख्या में किसानों के छोटे तालाब का जीर्णोद्धार नहीं हो पा रहा है. मंत्री ने विभाग के द्वारा आने वाले समय में सब्जियों के MSP तय करने की दिशा में काम करने की भी बात कही. उन्होंने कहा कि फूल गोभी या पत्ता गोभी जैसी सब्जियों का दर दूसरे राज्य के व्यापारी आकर कम कर रहे हैं. इससे स्थानीय किसानों को नुकसान उठाना पड़ता है. औचक निरीक्षण करने पहुंची मंत्री कृषि भवन में कर्मियों और अधिकारियों के छुट्टी पर चले जाने को लेकर नाराज दिखी.

मंत्री ने पलाश ब्रांड पर जोर दिया

उन्होंने कहा कि क्रिसमस से लेकर नये साल या दूसरे पर्व त्योहार मनाना जरूरी है पर इसका काम पर असर नहीं पड़े, इसका ध्यान रखना चाहिए. आज जब मैं यहां पहुंची हूं तो 50 प्रतिशत कर्मी और अधिकारी 15 से 20 दिन के अवकाश पर हैं. झारखंड में पहले से ही सरकारी कर्मियों की कार्य संस्कृति गड़बड़ रही है. इसमें सुधार जरूरी है और ऐसा करके हम विभाग की योजनाओं को समय पर पूरा कर सकते है.

मंत्री ने कहा कि चालू वित्तीय वर्ष के बजट राशि को खर्च करने के साथ-साथ अगले वित्तीय वर्ष के बजट की तैयारी में सभी को जुट जाना होगा. औचक निरीक्षण के दौरान जैविक खेती को लेकर दी गई जानकारी पर भी मंत्री आश्चर्यचकित दिखी.

उन्होंने कहा कि इसके बारे में कितने लोग जानते हैं. पैकेजिंग, शॉर्टिंग और ग्रेडिंग को लेकर मंत्री ने JSLPS के पलाश ब्रांड का उदाहरण दिया. मंत्री ने कहा कि जब दूसरे विभाग के द्वारा ये किया जा सकता है तो यहां क्यों नहीं. उद्यान विभाग के द्वारा 27 एकड़ में बनाए जानेवाले हाईटेक नर्सरी में स्थानीय 2 से 3 हजार ग्रामीणों को रोजगार देने का भी निर्देश मंत्री ने दिया. उन्होंने कहा कि लोग रोजगार के लिए दूसरी जगह पलायन करते हैं, ऐसे में हाईटेक नर्सरी में उनके रोजगार को सुनिश्चित कर पलायन को रोका जा सकता है.
