ई-जनशिकायत कार्यक्रम: रायडीह और सिसई प्रखंड के नागरिकों की समस्याओं पर हुई चर्चा

गुमला – ई-जनशिकायत कार्यक्रम के तहत शुक्रवार को गुमला जिले के रायडीह और सिसई प्रखंड के नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याएं साझा कीं। इस ऑनलाइन कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता परियोजना निदेशक रीना हांसदा ने की। वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में 20 से अधिक आवेदकों ने अपनी शिकायतें और सुझाव प्रस्तुत किए।

प्रमुख समस्याएं और समाधान

कार्यक्रम में नागरिकों द्वारा उठाए गए मुद्दों में पेंशन, राशन, जॉब कार्ड, और अन्य सरकारी योजनाओं से संबंधित समस्याएं शामिल थीं। इन शिकायतों में सिंचाई सुविधाओं की कमी, डीप बोरिंग की आवश्यकता, सड़क निर्माण, आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों की मरम्मत, नाली निर्माण, और सोक पीट निर्माण जैसे विषय प्रमुख थे।

समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान

रीना हांसदा ने सभी समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुना और संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों (BDO) को तुरंत समाधान करने के निर्देश दिए।

• कई समस्याओं का समाधान प्रखंड स्तर पर पहले ही कर दिया गया था।
• जाति प्रमाण पत्र बनाने के लिए आए नागरिकों की शिकायतें VC से पहले ही प्रखंड कार्यालय में सुलझा दी गईं।
• अन्य समस्याओं को ऑन-द-स्पॉट हल किया गया।

सिंचाई और बुनियादी ढांचे पर जोर

नागरिकों ने सिंचाई सुविधाओं की कमी पर विशेष चिंता व्यक्त की। उन्होंने डीप बोरिंग और अन्य सिंचाई साधनों की मांग की।

• सड़क निर्माण और आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों की मरम्मत के लिए प्रशासन ने प्राथमिकता देने का आश्वासन दिया।
• ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में बुनियादी ढांचे को मजबूत करने के लिए ग्राम सभा के माध्यम से समाधान निकालने की बात कही गई।

प्रशासन की प्रतिबद्धता

रीना हांसदा ने कहा कि प्रशासन नागरिकों की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि जो समस्याएं स्थानीय स्तर पर हल हो सकती हैं, उन्हें तुरंत सुलझाया जाए।

• पंचायत और ग्राम स्तर की समस्याओं को हल करने के लिए ग्राम सभा आयोजित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।
• उन्होंने सभी अधिकारियों को प्रभावी और समयबद्ध समाधान सुनिश्चित करने पर जोर दिया।

नागरिकों की सहभागिता से बेहतर प्रबंधन

ई-जनशिकायत कार्यक्रम प्रशासन और नागरिकों के बीच एक महत्वपूर्ण कड़ी साबित हो रहा है। इस पहल से न केवल नागरिकों की शिकायतें सुनी जा रही हैं, बल्कि उन्हें त्वरित समाधान भी प्रदान किया जा रहा है।
