‘दिशा’ की बैठक में केंद्रीय मंत्री अन्नपूर्णा ने हेमंत सरकार पर निशाना साधा, कहा-झारखंड सरकार का केंद्र से कोई बकाया नहीं,जो फंड पहले दिया गया…उसका क्या इस्तेमाल हुआ? वो राज्य सरकार को स्पष्ट करना चाहिए

गिरिडीह : जिला अनुश्रवण सह समन्वय समिति (दिशा) की बैठक में शामिल होने गुरुवार को केंद्रीय बाल विकास परियोजना मंत्री अन्नपूर्णा देवी गिरिडीह पहुंची। बैठक में डीसी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा, एसपी डॉक्टर विमल कुमार, जमुआ विधायक डॉक्टर मंजू कुमारी, बगोदर विधायक नागेंद्र महतो, डुमरी विधायक जयराम महतो और जिप अध्यक्ष मुनिया देवी समेत कई सांसद-विधायकों के प्रतिनिधि शामिल हुए।

करीब चार घंटे तक चली बैठक में सभी विभागों की योजनाओं की विस्तार से समीक्षा कर समन्वय बनाकर सरकार की तमाम विकास योजनाओं के संचालन के निर्देश दिये गये। इस दौरान केन्द्रीय मंत्री ने आला अधिकारियों के साथ पोधारोपण करने के बाद पत्रकारों से बातचीत के क्रम में हेमंत सरकार पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि झारखंड सरकार का केंद्र सरकार पर कोई बकाया नहीं है।

पूरे राज्य में नल से जल योजना का हाल खराब: मंत्री

केंद्रीय मंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा लगातार केंद्र सरकार से 1 लाख 36 हजार करोड़ रुपए की मांग की जा रही है। खुद वित्त मंत्री राधा कृष्ण किशोर कई बार कानूनी सहायता लेने का दावा तक कर चुके हैं। राज्य सरकार के बकाया होने से इंकार करते हुए कहा कि पिछले पांच साल में करोड़ों का फंड दिया गया। गिरिडीह समेत पूरे राज्य में नल से जल योजना का हाल खराब है। वो खुद जब ग्रामीण इलाकों में जाती हैं तो ग्रामीणों की शिकायतें सुनने को मिलती हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि हेमंत सोरेन सरकार झूठे दावे और फंड बकाया होने का आरोप लगाने से बचे, जो फंड पहले दिया गया। उसका क्या इस्तेमाल हुआ है, वो राज्य सरकार को स्पष्ट बताना चाहिए। जांच रिपोर्ट राज्य सरकार को दिए जाने के बाद भी दोषी अधिकारियों पर नल जल योजना पर कार्रवाई नहीं हुई है।

बातचीत के क्रम में केंद्रीय मंत्री ने कहा कि जिले में पीडीएम सिस्टम पर भी हमला करते हुए कहा कि लैंप्स के स्तर पर जो सरकारी फंड का गबन हुआ है उसे लेकर ना तो जांच की गयी और न ही कोई कार्रवाई। मईंयां सम्मान योजना में गड़बड़ी की सूचना है तो उसे लेकर वे डीसी से बात करेंगी।

बेटी एवं वृक्ष की रक्षा करना सबका दायित्व : डीसी

मौके पर उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा महिलाओं के उत्थान एवं वृक्ष की सुरक्षा के लिए कई योजनाएं चलाई जा रही है। जन्म लेने के बाद से स्नातक तक लड़कियों को सहायता राशि दी जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि बेटी एवं वृक्ष की रक्षा करना सबका दायित्व है। उन्होंने कहा कि बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ाओ के प्रति लोगों को जागरूक करने के लिए अभियान चलाया जा रहा है।

बैठक में मौजूद जनप्रतिनिधियों ने कई विभागों से जुड़ी योजनाओं पर जमकर अधिकारियों की पोलपट्टी खुली। बैठक में डीडीसी स्मृति कुमारी, एसडीएम श्रीकांत यशवंत समेत कई अधिकारी शामिल हुए।
