अदाणी-इस्कॉन मना रहे हैं ग्रीन एंड क्लीन महाकुंभ: प्रतिदिन 1 लाख लोगों को महाप्रसाद का वितरण

हर रोज एक रसोई में 150 क्विंटल सब्जी की खपत। पूरी महाकुंभ सिटी में 3 विशाल रसोई। प्रतिदिन लोकल दुकानदारों से 450 क्विंटल सब्जी की खरीदारी होती है।

प्रयागराज : पूरा देश महाकुंभ के रंग में रंगा है। आम इंसान हो या सिलेब्रिटी सब कम से कम एक दिन के लिए महाकुंभ में आने का मौका खोज रहे हैं। कुछ बिजनेस ग्रुप इस मौके को आध्यात्मिक संकल्प के तौर पर देख रहे हैं। महाकुंभ में अदाणी ग्रुप भी इस्कॉन के साथ मिलकर ऐसे ही आध्यात्मिक संकल्प को पूरा कर रहा है।

ग्रीन एनर्जी के लिए देश और दुनिया भर में अदाणी ग्रुप का नाम जाना जाता है। महाकुंभ के मौके पर अदाणी ना सिर्फ आध्यात्मिक बल्कि ग्रीन एनर्जी और साफ-सुथरे वातावरण के संकल्प को पूरा करने में भी लगा है। अदाणी द्वारा महाकुंभ मेले में प्रतिदिन 1 लाख लोगों को महाप्रसाद के वितरण का कार्यक्रम पूरी तरह से ग्रीन एंड क्लीन के मंत्र से चल रहा है।

लोकल दुकानदारों से खरीदारी, पूरे प्रयागराज की भागीदारी

महाकुंभ में अदाणी-इस्कॉन के महाप्रसाद वितरण की पहल को लोकल दुकानदारों की भागीदारी से ही पूर्ण किया जा रहा है। लाखों लोगों के लिए प्रतिदिन खाना बनाने के लिए सब्जियों की खरीदारी पूरी तरह से लोकल दुकानदारों से की जाती है। हर रोज एक रसोई में 150 क्विंटल सब्जी की खपत होती है। पूरी महाकुंभ सिटी में इस तरह से 3 विशाल रसोई बनाए गए हैं। इस लिहाज से प्रतिदिन लोकल दुकानदारों से 450 क्विंटल सब्जी की खरीदारी होती है। इसे प्रतिदिन सुबह खरीदकर किचन स्थल तक पहुंचाया जाता है।

प्लास्टिक या पॉलिथीन का इस्तेमाल पूरी तरह से वर्जित 

अदाणी-इस्कॉन पूरी तरह से ग्रीन फूड एंड क्लीन फूड के मंत्र पर काम कर रहा है। खाना बनाते और परोसते वक्त प्लास्टिक या पॉलिथीन का इस्तेमाल पूरी तरह से वर्जित है। सभी कार्य ऑर्गेनिक तरीके से ही किया जाता है। मिसाल के तौर पर खाना परोसने के लिए पत्ते से बनी थाली का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है और पानी पीने के लिए भी प्लास्टिक के गिलास का इस्तेमाल नहीं किया जाता। इतना ही नहीं खाना जिन पत्तलों में परोसा जाता है उनकी खरीदारी पूरी तरह से लोकल दुकानदारों से की जाती है।

रोज 3 लाख से ज्यादा पत्तलों का इस्तेमाल होता है जो पूरी तरह से ऑर्गेनिक होते हैं और इससे निकला कचरा पर्यावरण को किसी तरह से नुकसान नहीं पहुंचाता। खाना बनाने के लिए भी ग्रीन ईंधन का इस्तेमाल होता है। खाना पकाने के लिए एलपीजी गैस के साथ ही गाय के उपलों का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। प्रतिदिन इस्तेमाल होने वाले हजारों किलो उपले इस्कॉन कि विभिन्न सेंटर्स और लोकल वेंडर्स की तरफ से उपलब्ध कराए जाते हैं।

– महाकुंभ में रोज अदाणी-इस्कॉन के एक किचन में बनती है 500 क्विंटल सब्जी

– सब्जी लोकल वेंडर्स से खरीदी जाती है और महिला वेंडरों को दी जाती है प्राथमिकता

– एलपीजी के साथ ही खाना बनाने में गाय के उपलों का भी होता है इस्तेमाल

– एक दिन में कई क्विंटल उपलों का होता है इस्तेमाल

– उपले इस्कॉन के विभिन्न सेंटरों और लोकल वेंडर्स से उपलब्ध कराए जाते हैं

– पत्त्तलों में खिलाया जाता है खाना, नहीं होता प्लास्टिक चम्मचों और गिलासों का इस्तेमाल

– एक दिन में होता है 3 लाख पत्तलों का इस्तेमाल, खरीदारी लोकल वेंडर्स से होती है

– अदाणी द्वारा उपलब्ध कराई गई गॉल्फ कार्ट सेवा बैटरी से चलती है

ग्रीन गॉल्फ कार्ट कर रही हैं श्रद्धालुओं की सेवा

अदाणी समूह ने बैटरी से चलने वाली अपनी ग्रीन गॉल्फ कार्ट सेवा कुंभ मेला स्थल के सेक्टर 19 में स्थिति इस्कॉन द्वारा स्थापित केंद्र के पास शुरू की है। यहां पर लगी गॉल्फ कार्ट लगातार सेवाएं दे रही है। सुबह 6 बजे से लेकर देर रात तक कार्ट लोगों को तय सीमातक ले जाने का काम करती हैं। मुख्यतः बुजुर्ग और बच्चे इस निशुल्क सेवा का भरपूर लाभ उठा रहे हैं। यह सेवा 9 जनवरी 2025 से शुरू हुई है और 14 फरवरी 2025 तक लगातार उपलब्ध रहेगी। बता दें कि अदाणी समूह देश में ग्रीन एनर्जी उपलब्ध कराने वाली अग्रणी कंपनी है।
