झारखंड में गुलेन बैरे सिंड्रोम का पहला मामला, रांची में 5 वर्षीय बच्ची वेंटिलेटर पर

रांची: झारखंड में गुलेन बैरे सिंड्रोम (GBS) का पहला मामला सामने आया है। रांची के बालपन अस्पताल में भर्ती 5 वर्षीय बच्ची में इस दुर्लभ न्यूरोलॉजिकल विकार के लक्षण पाए गए हैं। बच्ची को वेंटिलेटर सपोर्ट पर रखा गया है, और विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टरों की टीम लगातार उसकी स्थिति पर नजर बनाए हुए है।

स्वास्थ्य विभाग सतर्क, सैंपल भेजा गया पुणे

बच्ची की स्थिति को देखते हुए एसीएमओ (अतिरिक्त मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी) के नेतृत्व में एक विशेष टीम ने निरीक्षण किया। संदिग्ध सैंपल को पुणे स्थित लैब में जांच के लिए भेजा गया है। जानकारी के अनुसार, बच्ची की ट्रैवल हिस्ट्री रही है, वह हाल ही में मुंबई के कुर्ला से रांची लौटी थी।

गौरतलब है कि महाराष्ट्र में यह सिंड्रोम तेजी से फैल रहा है और महामारी का रूप ले चुका है। विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार, गुलेन बैरे सिंड्रोम एक दुर्लभ तंत्रिका तंत्र संबंधी विकार है, जो मांसपेशियों में सुन्नता और गंभीर कमजोरी का कारण बनता है। इसके अन्य लक्षणों में अंगों में कमजोरी, दस्त और सांस लेने में परेशानी शामिल हैं।

डॉक्टरों की चेतावनी: बैक्टीरियल और वायरल संक्रमण से बढ़ता है खतरा

चिकित्सकों का कहना है कि गुलेन बैरे सिंड्रोम मुख्य रूप से जीवाणु (बैक्टीरियल) और वायरल संक्रमण के कारण होता है, क्योंकि ये संक्रमण शरीर की प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली (इम्युनिटी) को कमजोर कर देते हैं।

स्वास्थ्य विभाग की अपील

स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने इस बीमारी को लेकर सतर्कता बरतने और संदिग्ध मामलों की तुरंत जांच कराने की अपील की है। साथ ही, डॉक्टरों ने आम जनता को संक्रमण से बचाव के लिए स्वच्छता और सावधानी बरतने की सलाह दी है।
