देश संविधान से चलेगा, बाबूलाल के फरमान से नहीं-शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की

रांची : मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने हाल के दिनों में झारखंड में सरना, सनातन और डीलिस्टिंग जैसे मुद्दों को लेकर चल रही राजनीति पर भाजपा और उसके आनुषंगिक संगठन आरएसएस पर तीखा हमला बोला है। उन्होंने कहा कि देश संविधान से चलता है, किसी दल या व्यक्ति विशेष की वैचारिक जिद और फरमान से नहीं।

उन्होंने कहा कि भारतीय संविधान की मूल आत्मा धर्मनिरपेक्षता है। संविधान प्रत्येक नागरिक को अपनी अंतरात्मा की आवाज के अनुसार किसी भी धर्म, पंथ और आस्था को मानने, उसका पालन करने और प्रचार करने का मौलिक अधिकार देता है। यही भारत की लोकतांत्रिक ताकत और विविधता की पहचान है।

‘नियमगिरि सिर्फ पहाड़ नहीं, बल्कि संस्कृति और अस्तित्व का केंद्र’

मंत्री ने कहा कि आरएसएस और भाजपा द्वारा डीलिस्टिंग, सरना और ईसाई को लेकर जो राजनीतिक विमर्श खड़ा किया जा रहा है, उसके पीछे एक सुनियोजित राजनीतिक एजेंडा छिपा हुआ है। इनका उद्देश्य समाज को धार्मिक आधार पर बांटना, आदिवासी समुदायों को आपस में लड़ाना और सत्ता हासिल कर जल, जंगल और जमीन पर कॉरपोरेट कब्जे का रास्ता साफ करना है।

उन्होंने कहा कि देश के कई राज्यों में इसका खतरनाक उदाहरण देखा जा चुका है। ओडिशा के नियमगिरि पहाड़ी में वेदांता की बॉक्साइट खनन परियोजना के खिलाफ डोंगरिया कोंध आदिवासियों ने वर्षों तक संघर्ष किया। आदिवासी समुदायों ने साफ कहा कि नियमगिरि केवल पहाड़ नहीं, बल्कि उनकी आस्था, संस्कृति और अस्तित्व का केंद्र है।

इसी तरह ओडिशा के सीजिमाली पहाड़ी क्षेत्र में भी खनन परियोजनाओं के खिलाफ स्थानीय आदिवासियों का आंदोलन लगातार तेज हो रहा है। महिलाएं और ग्रामीण जमीन पर लेटकर विरोध प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। उन्हें डर है कि खनन परियोजनाओं से जंगल, जलस्रोत, खेती और उनकी सांस्कृतिक पहचान समाप्त हो जाएगी।

मंत्री ने कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ में भी सरना-ईसाई करके सत्ता में काबिज हुए और आज उसका परिणाम हसदेव जंगल के रूप में सामने है। हसदेव अरण्य, जिसे मध्य भारत का फेफड़ा कहा जाता है, उसे अदानी को दे दिया गया वहां कोयला खदानों के विस्तार के नाम पर लाखों पेड़ों को काटा जा रहा है और आदिवासी समुदायों को विस्थापन, पलायन और अस्तित्व के संकट का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।

‘धर्म की राजनीति की आग में झारखंड को झोंकने की कोशिश बंद होनी चाहिए’

उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा और आरएसएस को यह स्पष्ट समझ लेना चाहिए कि झारखंड की धरती नफरत और धार्मिक उन्माद की राजनीति को स्वीकार नहीं करेगी। झारखंड की पहचान उसकी आदिवासी-मूलवासी संस्कृति, भाईचारा, सामाजिक सौहार्द और संघर्ष की विरासत है।

शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने कहा कि धर्म की राजनीति की आग में झारखंड को झोंकने की कोशिश बंद होनी चाहिए। राज्य की जनता को भाजपा और आरएसएस के विभाजनकारी एवं कॉरपोरेटपरस्त एजेंडे से सतर्क रहने की जरूरत है।

उन्होंने कहा कि झारखंड की जनता जल, जंगल, जमीन और संविधान की रक्षा के लिए एकजुट है और किसी भी कीमत पर अपनी पहचान, संस्कृति और अधिकारों पर हमला बर्दाश्त नहीं करेगी।
