विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय में खो-खो प्रतियोगिता की तैयारियां तेज, विभिन्न विश्वविद्यालयों के दल पहुंचे

हजारीबाग: विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के मुख्यालय परिसर में खो-खो प्रतियोगिता को लेकर तैयारियां जोरों पर हैं। 4 फरवरी 2025 की रात 10 बजे से विभिन्न विश्वविद्यालयों के दल यहां पहुंचने लगे, और रात 1 बजे तक छह विश्वविद्यालयों की टीमें पहुंच चुकी थीं। विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन और विभिन्न समितियों ने खिलाड़ियों और अधिकारियों के स्वागत से लेकर उनके ठहरने की समुचित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की।

आवास एवं पंजीयन प्रक्रिया संपन्न

डॉ जॉनी रुफिन तिर्की और डॉ अर्चना रीना धान के नेतृत्व में अकोमोडेशन समिति ने सभी टीमों को उनके आवासीय कक्ष उपलब्ध कराए। 5 फरवरी की सुबह से अन्य विश्वविद्यालयों के दल भी मुख्यालय परिसर में पहुंचते रहे, और डॉ लक्ष्मी शिवेश्वरी एवं डॉ संतोष सिंह के मार्गदर्शन में पंजीयन समिति ने सभी टीमों का पंजीकरण पूरा किया।

इसके बाद, अर्हता जांच समिति ने डॉ सुनील कुमार अग्रवाल और डॉ संजीव कुमार के नेतृत्व में सभी खिलाड़ियों के दस्तावेजों की जांच की, जिससे यह सुनिश्चित किया जा सके कि सभी प्रतिभागी नियमानुसार प्रतियोगिता में भाग ले रहे हैं।

भोजन एवं अन्य व्यवस्थाओं में प्रशासन सक्रिय

खिलाड़ियों और अधिकारियों के लिए भोजन की समुचित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के लिए डॉ इंद्रजीत कुमार और डॉ नकुल पांडे की अगुवाई में भोजन समिति सक्रिय रही। अन्य समितियों के सदस्य भी अपनी-अपनी जिम्मेदारियों के निर्वहन में पूरी तत्परता से जुटे रहे।

आर्यभट्ट सभागार में टीम मैनेजरों की बैठक

शाम 5 बजे आर्यभट्ट सभागार में विश्वविद्यालय आयोजन समिति और विभिन्न टीमों के प्रबंधकों एवं प्रशिक्षकों की बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक की अध्यक्षता छात्र कल्याण संघ के अध्यक्ष डॉ विकास कुमार ने की। बैठक में प्रतियोगिता से संबंधित सभी आवश्यक जानकारियां साझा की गईं और सभी प्रबंधकों को महत्वपूर्ण मोबाइल नंबर उपलब्ध कराए गए।

इस बैठक में कुलानुशासक प्रो. मिथिलेश कुमार सिंह, आदर्श कॉलेज राजधनवार के प्राचार्य प्रो. बिमल कुमार मिश्रा, आयोजन सचिव सह खेल निदेशक डॉ राखो हरि, डॉ सुकल्याण मोइत्रा, डॉ विनोद रंजन एवं झारखंड खो-खो संगठन के सचिव संतोष कुमार उपस्थित रहे। उन्होंने टीम प्रबंधकों की सभी जिज्ञासाओं का समाधान किया और प्रतियोगिता के सुचारू संचालन को लेकर दिशा-निर्देश दिए।

खिलाड़ियों में उत्साह, प्रतियोगिता को लेकर बढ़ी उम्मीदें

विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय में आयोजित इस खो-खो प्रतियोगिता को लेकर सभी दलों में जबरदस्त उत्साह देखने को मिल रहा है। प्रशासन ने हर स्तर पर बेहतरीन व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने की कोशिश की है, जिससे यह प्रतियोगिता सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हो सके।
