जम्मू – अखनूर सेक्टर में हुए आतंकवादी हमले में शहीद हुए पंजाब रेजिमेंट के वीर जवान कैप्टन करमजीत सिंह बक्शी को श्रद्धांजलि देने के लिए खिरगांव चौक पर एक विशेष कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। समाजसेवी बाबर कुरैशी और मुस्लिम समुदाय के अन्य लोगों ने पुष्प वर्षा कर ससम्मान श्रद्धा सुमन अर्पित किए और उनकी वीरता को नमन किया।
“शहीदों की कुर्बानी को कभी नहीं भुलाया जाएगा”
इस अवसर पर समाजसेवी बाबर कुरैशी ने कहा, “सेना के बहादुर शहीद कैप्टन करमजीत सिंह बक्शी को सलाम करता हूं, जिन्होंने कर्तव्य निभाते हुए अपने प्राण न्योछावर कर दिए। उनकी वीरता और बलिदान को कभी भुलाया नहीं जा सकता।”
समारोह में शामिल लोगों ने भी राष्ट्रीय एकता और बलिदान के प्रति सम्मान व्यक्त किया और शहीदों की कुर्बानी को याद रखते हुए उन्हें सच्ची श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की।
शहीद कैप्टन करमजीत सिंह बक्शी की साहसिक गाथा आने वाली पीढ़ियों को प्रेरित करती रहेगी, और उनका बलिदान देश की रक्षा के प्रति अटूट समर्पण का प्रतीक बना रहेगा।
