महाकुंभ में महाप्रसाद का अभियान जारी: अदाणी और इस्कॉन ने खाने की बर्बादी रोकने के लिए बनाया मजबूत सिस्टम, खाने की बर्बादी 2 फीसदी से भी कम

प्रयागराज : अदाणी समूह और इस्कॉन मिलकर प्रयागराज महाकुंभ मेला क्षेत्र के साथ शहरभर में महाप्रसाद का वितरण करवा रहा है। अदाणी समूह ने प्रतिदिन 1 लाख श्रद्धालुओं को भोजन उपलब्ध कराने का संकल्प लिया है। इसके लिए इस्कॉन की रसोई में पूरे दिन सरगर्मी बनी रहती है।

लाखों लोगों तक पहुंचने वाले इस प्रसाद वितरण की सबसे नायाब बात है अन्न बर्बाद न होने के लिए किया जाने वाले प्रयास और प्लानिंग। इस्कॉन प्रवक्ता का कहना है कि किसी भी हाल में 2 फीसदी से ज्यादा अन्न को बर्बाद नहीं होने दिया जाता।

महाप्लानिंग से रुकती है अन्न की बर्बादी

इस्कॉन की रसोई में प्रसाद बनाने की तैयारी देर रात 2 बजे के आसपास ही शुरू हो जाती है। इस्कॉन के सेवक निखिल बताते हैं कि हम रोज सुबह इस काम के लिए लिए निकलते हैं और सुबह ही तकरीबन 500 कुंटल सब्जी खरीदी जाती है। कब-क्या और कितना खरीदना है यह सब अचानक नहीं होता।

इसकी प्लानिंग एक दिन पहले से ही कर ली जाती है कि प्रसाद में क्या परोसा जाएगा। इतना ही नहीं आने वाले अगले दिन के लिए भी प्लान पूरी तरह से तैयार कर लिया जाता है। इस हिसाब से प्रसाद निर्माण और वितरण के एक दिन पहले और बाद का पूरा खाका तैयार रखा जाता है।

प्रसाद निर्माण की प्रक्रिया के साथ ही अन्न की बर्बादी को रोकने की प्लानिंग भी शुरू हो जाती है। इसके लिए 4 लोगों की एक टीम है जो लगातार प्रसाद की खपत का रिकॉर्ड रखती है। यह टीम हर घंटे प्रसाद की खपत को मापती है। एक अनुमान के मुताबिक महाकुंभ में एक जगह पर अमूमन 1 घंटे में 800 से 1000 लोग प्रसाद ग्रहण करते हैं। इस बात का भी अंदाजा लगाया जाता है कि लोग कितनी मात्रा में प्रसाद ग्रहण कर रहे हैं।

प्रसाद वितरण से जुड़ी टीम के एक सदस्य का कहना है कि अमूमन जब श्रद्धालु बैठ कर प्रसाद ग्रहण करते हैं तब यह मात्रा 750 ग्राम के आसपास होती है। लेकिन जब लोग खड़े होकर या चलते-चलते प्रसाद ग्रहण करते हैं तो यह मात्रा घटकर 350-400 ग्राम पर आ जाती है।

लगातार होती है ट्रैकिंग

भले ही अदाणी-इस्कॉन के प्रसाद वितरण करने वाली टीम के पास जोमैटो और स्विगी जैसे फूड ऐप्स जैसे ट्रैकिंग सिस्टम नहीं हैं लेकिन फिर भी प्रसाद वितरण को लगातार ट्रैक किया जाता है। इसे ट्रैक करने के लिए 4-5 लोगों की एक टीम है जो रसोई से खाना बाहर निकलने के बाद उसकी खपत को लगातार ट्रैक करती है। जिन स्थानों पर प्रसाद वितरण चल रहा है वहां पर मौजूद टीम के सदस्य वक्त-वक्त पर प्रसाद की उपलब्धता और खपत की जानकारी देते रहते हैं।

शाम होते-होते सभी वितरण स्थलों से बचे हुए प्रसाद को एकत्र किया जाता है और बचे हुए प्रसाद को शाम 6-7 बजे तक फिर से वितरित कर दिया जाता है। एक टीम इस बात की जांच भी करती है कि खाना खराब न हुआ हो। अगर जाम या किसी अन्य वजह से प्रसाद वापस आने की स्थिति में नहीं होता तो अदाणी और इस्कॉन के वॉलेंटियर जाम में फंसे और पैदल चलते लोगों के बीच प्रसाद को वितरित कर देते हैं। इस पूरी कवायद में सभी का लक्ष्य एक है कि अन्न का एक भी दाना बर्बाद न हो।

बता दें कि अदाणी समहू ने इस्कॉन के साथ मिल कर प्रतिदिन 1 लाख लोगों में महाप्रसाद वितरण का लक्ष्य रखा है। यह सेवा महाकुंभ मेला जारी रहने तक चलती रहेगी। इसके अलाना अदाणी समूह गीता प्रेस के साथ मिलकर 1 करोड़ आरती संग्रह का वितरण भी कर रही है।
