झारखंड में STEM शिक्षा को बढ़ावा: राज्य के 15 जिलों के शिक्षकों का प्रथम चरण का प्रशिक्षण संपन्न

रांची, 24 फरवरी 2025 – झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद (JEPPC) और भारतीय विज्ञान एवं शिक्षा अनुसंधान संस्थान पुणे (IISER Pune) के संयुक्त प्रयास से STEM शिक्षा के तहत राज्य के 15 जिलों के शिक्षकों के लिए तीन दिवसीय आवासीय प्रशिक्षण सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हुआ। इस प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य विज्ञान और गणित के प्रति विद्यार्थियों की रुचि को बढ़ावा देना और शिक्षकों को नवीनतम शैक्षणिक तकनीकों से अवगत कराना था।

STEM शिक्षा के तहत शिक्षकों को उन्नत प्रशिक्षण

इस कार्यक्रम को iRISE (Inspiring India in Research Innovation in STEM Education) पहल के तहत संचालित किया गया, जो विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग (भारत सरकार), रॉयल सोसाइटी ऑफ केमिस्ट्री, ब्रिटिश काउंसिल, टाटा ट्रस्ट और टाटा टेक्नोलॉजीज द्वारा समर्थित है। iRISE कार्यक्रम के चार मुख्य घटक हैं, जिनमें से टीचर डेवलपमेंट स्ट्रैंड (TDS) के अंतर्गत शिक्षकों को प्रशिक्षित किया जा रहा है।

राज्य के 15 जिलों के शिक्षक हुए शामिल

प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के पहले चरण में चतरा, पलामू, गिरिडीह, हजारीबाग, पाकुड़, जामताड़ा, सरायकेला, साहिबगंज, गोड्डा, दुमका, देवघर, पूर्वी सिंहभूम और पश्चिमी सिंहभूम के शिक्षकों को प्रशिक्षित किया गया। इन शिक्षकों का चयन उनकी कक्षा में किए गए नवाचारों के आधार पर होगा, जिसके बाद वे पुणे स्थित IISER में 10 दिवसीय आवासीय प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करेंगे। इस प्रशिक्षण को सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने वाले शिक्षकों को “इनोवेशन चैंपियन (IC)” का दर्जा दिया जाएगा।

तीसरे चरण में शिक्षकों द्वारा कैस्केड कार्यशाला का आयोजन

10 दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने के बाद इनोवेशन चैंपियंस अपने-अपने जिलों में कैस्केड कार्यशालाओं का आयोजन करेंगे, जिससे STEM शिक्षा को व्यापक रूप से बढ़ावा मिलेगा। इस कार्यशाला में IISER Pune के विशेषज्ञों द्वारा शिक्षकों को मार्गदर्शन प्रदान किया गया।

राज्य के शिक्षा अधिकारियों का सहयोग

प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के दौरान राज्य शिक्षा परियोजना निदेशक एवं झारखंड शैक्षिक अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद के निदेशक श्री शशि रंजन और गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा के राज्य पदाधिकारी डॉ. अविनव कुमार ने शिक्षकों का मार्गदर्शन किया। इसके अलावा, iRISE IISER पुणे से श्रीमती शिवानी पुलसे, मोहम्मद तकि, श्रीमती प्रज्ञा पुजारी, श्रीमती श्रद्धा भुरकुंडे, श्री अक्षय कुलकर्णी, श्री सुजीत गोंडा, श्रीमती वैष्णवी कुलकर्णी, श्री भरत थोबर, श्रीमती कोमल गायकवाड़, श्रीमती शुभांगी बाघ, श्रीमती पल्लवी शेवाले और श्रीमती नजिला जैसे कई विशेषज्ञ शामिल रहे।

नवाचार और रचनात्मकता को बढ़ावा देने की पहल

कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य शिक्षकों और छात्रों में आलोचनात्मक सोच, प्रयोगात्मक दृष्टिकोण और नवाचार को बढ़ावा देना है। इसके तहत, झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद द्वारा स्थापित इंटीग्रेटेड लैब, विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला और STEM लैब्स के उपयोग को प्रभावी बनाने की दिशा में कार्य किया जा रहा है।

इसके अलावा, छात्रों को “इंस्पायर अवार्ड्स – मानक” में अधिक से अधिक पंजीकरण कराने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जा रहा है, जो विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग, भारत सरकार की एक योजना है। इस योजना का उद्देश्य देशभर में नवाचार और वैज्ञानिक सोच को बढ़ावा देना है।

व्यवहारिक शिक्षा पर जोर

प्रशिक्षण में स्मरण-आधारित (रटने) की बजाय अवधारणात्मक समझ को प्राथमिकता दी गई है। बच्चों को उनके आसपास के परिवेश से जोड़कर और दैनिक जीवन की घटनाओं के उदाहरण देकर विज्ञान और गणित की शिक्षा देने पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया है। साथ ही, गतिविधि-आधारित और अंतर्विषयक (Interdisciplinary) शिक्षण को प्रोत्साहित किया जा रहा है।

झारखंड बना iRISE कार्यक्रम लागू करने वाला चौथा राज्य

महाराष्ट्र, बिहार और उत्तराखंड में iRISE कार्यक्रम की सफलता के बाद, झारखंड इसे अपनाने वाला चौथा राज्य बन गया है। इस पहल से झारखंड में STEM शिक्षा को नई दिशा और मजबूती मिलने की उम्मीद है।
