‘शिक्षा संगम 2025’ में उठा शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता और सामुदायिक भागीदारी का मुद्दा: मंत्री सोरेन बोले, समाज की सामूहिक ज़िम्मेदारी है बच्चों को स्कूल से जोड़ना

रांची — झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद और CInI (Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives) के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में राजधानी रांची में आयोजित ‘शिक्षा संगम 2025’ कार्यक्रम में राज्य के शिक्षा तंत्र को मज़बूत करने पर ज़ोर दिया गया। इस अवसर पर स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता मंत्री श्री रामदास सोरेन ने कहा कि “5 से 18 वर्ष के बच्चों को स्कूल से जोड़ना केवल सरकारी प्रयास नहीं, बल्कि समाज के हर व्यक्ति की सामूहिक ज़िम्मेदारी है।”

इस राज्यस्तरीय सम्मेलन में शिक्षा अधिकारियों, पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों, एसएमसी (विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति) सदस्यों और सामाजिक संगठनों के बीच व्यापक संवाद हुआ। कार्यक्रम में 250 से अधिक प्रतिभागी राज्य भर से पहुंचे।

शिक्षा सुधार में पंचायत और समाज की निर्णायक भूमिका

मुख्य अतिथि श्री सोरेन ने स्पष्ट कहा, “बिना सक्रिय विद्यालय प्रबंधन समितियों के किसी भी स्कूल की स्थिति में सुधार संभव नहीं है।” उन्होंने बताया कि सरकार की नीतियों के ज़मीनी कार्यान्वयन में पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों, एसएमसी सदस्यों और ग्रामीण समाज की भागीदारी बेहद ज़रूरी है।

उन्होंने आगे कहा, “शिक्षा ही जीवन की बुनियाद है। अगर यह मजबूत नहीं होगी तो समाज का निर्माण भी अधूरा रहेगा।“ उन्होंने यह भी जोड़ा कि स्कूल न जाने वाले बच्चों की पहचान कर उन्हें दोबारा शिक्षा की मुख्यधारा में लाना एसएमसी की प्राथमिक भूमिका है।

नामांकन और ड्रॉपआउट पर फोकस: निदेशक शशि रंजन

कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना निदेशक श्री शशि रंजन ने राज्य में बच्चों के शत-प्रतिशत नामांकन और शून्य ड्रॉपआउट को प्राथमिक लक्ष्य बताया। उन्होंने कहा, “राज्य के 36,000 सरकारी स्कूलों में चल रही योजनाओं की निगरानी में एसएमसी की भूमिका केंद्रीय है। जिन स्कूलों में एसएमसी सक्रिय है, वहां माहौल बेहतर होता है।”

उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रामीण इलाकों के बच्चों को स्कूल तक लाना बड़ी चुनौती है, जहां अभिभावकों की शिक्षा के प्रति जागरूकता कम है। ऐसे में एसएमसी और पीटीएम (पैरेंट-टीचर मीटिंग) अहम ज़रिया बनते हैं।

गुणवत्ता शिक्षा को बताया सर्वोपरि

श्री रंजन ने आगे कहा, “बुनियादी ढांचे से भी ज्यादा अहम है बच्चों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा देना।” उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य में सरकारी शिक्षकों को प्रोजेक्ट-बेस्ड लर्निंग, कौशल प्रशिक्षण, और तकनीकी शिक्षा के लिए प्रशिक्षित किया जा रहा है। स्कूलों में समय पर शिक्षकों की उपस्थिति, मिड डे मील और सुविधाओं की नियमित जांच के लिए एसएमसी की निगरानी ज़रूरी बताई गई।

समाज से जुड़ी कहानियां और योगदान

कार्यक्रम में NIEPA की प्रोफेसर डॉ. मनीषा प्रियंम ने शिक्षा की बदलती दिशा पर रोशनी डालते हुए कहा, “बच्चे अब केवल किताबों से नहीं, जिम्मेदारी से भी सीख रहे हैं।” इस अवसर पर लातेहार के धर्मेंद्र कुमार, गिरिडीह की सुनीता साहा और खूंटी की अनीमा देवी जैसे पंचायत एवं एसएमसी सदस्यों ने अपनी प्रेरणादायक सफलता की कहानियां साझा कीं और इन्हें सम्मानित भी किया गया।
