गुमला के चैनपुर में पुलिस का बड़ा अभियान: अवैध जावा महुआ शराब जब्त, महिलाओं को चेतावनी देकर छोड़ा

गुमला, 1 मई 2025 — झारखंड के गुमला जिले में अवैध शराब कारोबार पर नकेल कसते हुए चैनपुर थाना पुलिस ने बड़ी कार्रवाई की। पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह के निर्देश पर की गई इस छापेमारी में भारी मात्रा में महिलाओं द्वारा तैयार की गई जावा महुआ की चुलाई शराब और हंड़िया जब्त कर नष्ट कर दी गई।

कार्यवाही के दौरान पकड़ी गई महिलाओं को कड़ी चेतावनी देने के बाद छोड़ दिया गया, लेकिन दोबारा अपराध में संलिप्त पाए जाने पर सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की चेतावनी दी गई है।

अवैध शराब कारोबार पर पुलिस का शिकंजा

गुमला एसपी को मिली गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर चैनपुर थाना क्षेत्र में छापामारी का आदेश दिया गया। सहायक निरीक्षक दिनेश कुमार के नेतृत्व में गठित विशेष टीम ने विभिन्न चौक-चौराहों और घरों पर धावा बोला। इस अभियान के दौरान भारी मात्रा में जावा महुआ की चुलाई शराब और हंड़िया जब्त कर उसे मौके पर ही नष्ट कर दिया गया।

पुलिस के मुताबिक, चैनपुर क्षेत्र में अवैध शराब का धंधा पिछले कई दशकों से चलता आ रहा है, जिसमें महिलाओं की सक्रिय भूमिका देखी जाती है। स्थानीय आबकारी विभाग की लापरवाही और सांठगांठ से यह अवैध कारोबार अब कुटीर उद्योग जैसा रूप ले चुका है।

सरकार की दोहरी नीति पर सवाल

सरकार की शराब नीति को लेकर आम जनता और विपक्षी दलों ने नाराजगी जताई है। स्थानीय नेताओं और नागरिकों का कहना है कि एक तरफ सरकार राजस्व बढ़ाने के लिए देसी और विदेशी शराब दुकानों को लाइसेंस जारी कर रही है, वहीं दूसरी तरफ शराब के दुष्परिणामों से बचने के लिए करोड़ों रुपये खर्च कर प्रचार अभियान चलाया जा रहा है।

एक स्थानीय नेता ने सवाल उठाया, “जब सरकार खुद शराब की दुकानों को बढ़ावा दे रही है, तो फिर शराब से परिवार उजड़ने की चिंता का प्रचार कैसे तार्किक है?”

सामाजिक प्रभाव और चुनौती

गांव-गांव में शराब बनाने और बेचने की प्रवृत्ति के कारण सामाजिक ताना-बाना प्रभावित हो रहा है। ‘शाम अस्त, झारखंड मस्त’ जैसी कहावतें अब आम होती जा रही हैं। ग्रामीण इलाकों में हर घर में हंड़िया और चुलाई शराब बनना चिंता का विषय बन चुका है।

चैनपुर पुलिस ने छापेमारी के दौरान ग्रामीणों को चेताया कि भविष्य में अवैध शराब बनाने या बेचने की स्थिति में सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

पुलिस कप्तान शंभू कुमार सिंह ने स्पष्ट किया कि “अवैध शराब कारोबार पर पूरी तरह से रोक लगाने के लिए नियमित छापेमारी जारी रहेगी और दोषियों को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा।”
