सीएम विपक्ष पर जमकर बरसे,कहा-किसी भी मुद्दे को हम नजरअंदाज करने नहीं जा रहे हैं, पर परदे के पीछे से कोई अपना मॉडल बनाने की कोशिश करेगा, तो हम ये होने नहीं देंगे

रांची : सदन में गुरुवार को मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन विपक्ष की आलोचनाओं का जवाब दिया. सीएम ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार किस तरह से विकास की प्राथमिकता को लेकर आगे बढ़ रही है, इसका बहुत साफ संकेत राज्यपाल महोदय ने अपने अभिभाषण में दे दिया है। पर विपक्ष के लोग सरकार की आलोचना कर एक तरह से अपने कथित दायित्वों का निर्वहन कर रहे थे। विपक्ष के कुछ नेता ऐसे हैं, जिनको सरकार का कोई भी काम अच्छा नहीं लगता।

गढ़वा एमएलए पर सीएम ने चुटकी ली

सदन में जब गढ़वा विधायक सत्येंद्रनाथ तिवारी ने बालू का मुद्दा उठाया तो सीएम ने चुटकी लेते हुए कहा कि मैं इनको पहले से जानता हूं। बालू, ठेका और टेंडर से इनका पुराना नाता रहा है। इसलिए बालू का मुद्दा इनके लिए सबसे ज्यादा अहम है। वैसे इस संबंध में राज्य सरकार ने कोई ऐसा आदेश जारी नहीं किया है, जिसका पालन नहीं किया गया हो.

उन्होंने कहा कि विपक्ष इस सरकार की किसी भी उपलब्धि को मानने के लिए तैयार नहीं है। विपक्ष में आज जो लोग बैठे हैं, उन्होंने राज्य को ऐसे कीचड़ में डाल दिया है कि वहां से निकालते-निकालते हमारे पसीने छूट गये। लेकिन जनता तो इस सरकार से उम्मीद नहीं, बल्कि विश्वास है कि हम उनके साथ है। इसी विश्वास की बदौलत जनता ने फिर से सत्ता हमारे हाथों में सौंपी है।

कुछ अखबारों-पत्रकारों को भी सीएम की नसीहत 

उन्होंने कहा कि विपक्ष के ये नेता अपने लच्छेदार भाषणों और बातों और वचनों से राज्य के सीधे-सादे लोगों को भ्रम में डालने की कोशिश करते हैं। परदे के पीछे इतना बड़ा खेल ये लोग खेलते हैं कि आदिवासी और पिछड़े समाज की बात तो दूर, साधारण पढ़े-लिखे लोग भी इनके इस खेल को नहीं समझ पाते हैं। ये लोग घालमेल करने में माहिर हैं। कहा कि हमारी सरकार जात-पात से उपर उठकर हर समूह और समाज के लोगों के लिए काम कर रही है। राज्य के सभी लोगों तक समान अधिकार पहुंचाने का संकल्प हमने लिया है।

कुछ अखबारों और पत्रकारों को सीएम ने निशाना पर लेते हुए सीएम ने कहा कि ये लोग सच्चाई में न जाकर अपने तरीके से सरकार की छवि को गढ़ने में लगे रहते हैं। सीएम ने यहां रिम्स का उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि यहां क्षमता से अधिक मरीज पहुंचते हैं। इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए हमने रिम्स के फिर जीर्णोद्धार का काम शुरू किया है। आनेवाले पांच साल में रिम्स नये स्वरूप में देखने को मिलेगा।

सीएम ने कहा कि सदन में आज जितने सदस्यों ने जो भी समस्या रखी है, उसे हमारी सरकार ने गंभीरता से लिया है। किसी भी मुद्दे को हम नजरअंदाज करने नहीं जा रहे हैं। लेकिन इन सबके पीछे, परदे के पीछे कोई अपना मॉडल बनाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं तो ये हम नहीं होने देंगे।

कहा कि ये देश का ऐसा पहला राज्य है, जहां हमने गरीबों के लिए एयर एंबुलेंस की व्यवस्था की है। इस सुविधा का लाभ लाखों लोग उठा रहे हैं। सीएम ने कहा, रिम्स पर मरीजों के बोझ को कम करने के लिए हमने रांची में एक और मेडिकल कॉलेज खोलने का निर्णय लिया है। इसके लिए जगह की तलाश शुरू हो चुकी है। लेकिन विपक्ष के लिए ये खुशी की बात नहीं है.

विपक्ष के चेहरे को पहचान चुकी है जनता: सीएम

विपक्ष कटाक्ष करते हुए सीएम ने कहा कि साजिशों के बावूजद सारी ताकत और एकजुटता के साथ चुनाव लड़ने का हमने काम किया, लेकिन फिर भी विपक्ष में बैठे हैं। जनता इनके असली चेहरे तो पहचान चुकी है। कहा अभी तो सरकारी की नई पारी की शुरुआत है। अभी तो पहला ओवर भी पूरा नहीं हुआ है। कहा कि विपक्ष को अभी पांच साल खेलना है और बॉल फेंकना है। लेकिन हर बॉल में छक्का पड़ेगा।

अपने स्वास्थ्य को लेकर उड़ी अफवाह पर सीएम ने कहा कि षडयंत्र के तहत यह बात उड़ायी जाती है। मैं अपने पिताजी के इलाज के लिए अस्पताल गया था, इसके बाद मुझे थोड़ी सर्दी-खांसी हो गई तो, मैं मास्क लगा रहा था। कल भी मैं मास्क लगाकर हॉस्पिटल गया, जहां हमारी एक सांसद घायल हैं। मेरे मास्क लगाने को लेकर लोगों ने अफवाह उड़ा दी गई कि मुझे लंग्स कैंसर है। आखिर इस तरह की अफवाहें उड़ाता कौन है? इसे जनता अच्छी तरह समझती है.
