होली और जुम्मे की नमाज़: सौहार्द की अग्निपरीक्षा

नई दिल्ली, 11 मार्च 2025 – होली भारतीय संस्कृति का एक अहम पर्व है, जो रंगों, उल्लास और आपसी भाईचारे का प्रतीक माना जाता है। हालांकि, हाल के वर्षों में धार्मिक त्योहारों पर सामाजिक और राजनीतिक विवाद देखने को मिल रहे हैं। इसी कड़ी में बिहार के दरभंगा जिले की मेयर अंजुम आरा के हालिया बयान ने एक नई बहस को जन्म दिया है। उन्होंने जुम्मे की नमाज़ के मद्देनजर होली के आयोजन को दो घंटे के लिए रोकने की अपील की। इस पर बीजेपी विधायक मुरारी मोहन झा ने विरोध जताते हुए कहा कि होली अपने तय समय पर ही मनाई जाएगी और मुस्लिम समुदाय अपने स्तर पर नमाज़ के समय का समायोजन कर ले। वहीं, विधायक करनैल सिंह ने सुझाव दिया कि विशेष परिस्थिति में जुम्मे की नमाज़ घर पर पढ़ी जा सकती है।

समाज और प्रशासन की भूमिका

त्योहारों को विवाद का कारण नहीं, बल्कि सौहार्द का अवसर बनाया जाना चाहिए। प्रशासन और समाज दोनों को ऐसे संवेदनशील मौकों पर संयम और समझदारी से काम लेने की जरूरत है। यह सच है कि किसी भी धर्म के अनुयायियों को दूसरे धर्म के आयोजनों में बाधा डालने का अधिकार नहीं है, लेकिन साथ ही, हर किसी को एक-दूसरे की धार्मिक भावनाओं का सम्मान भी करना चाहिए। यदि होली थोड़ी देर पहले या बाद में खेली जा सकती है, तो नमाज़ का समय भी विशेष परिस्थितियों में समायोजित किया जा सकता है।

प्रशासन को जोड़ने की पहल करनी चाहिए

संभल के सीओ अनुज चौधरी का बयान – “अगर रंग लगने से किसी का धर्म भ्रष्ट होता है तो वे घर से न निकलें” – प्रशासनिक जिम्मेदारी के अनुरूप नहीं है। प्रशासन का कर्तव्य समाज को विभाजित करना नहीं, बल्कि जोड़ना होना चाहिए। ऐसे संवेदनशील विषयों पर नेताओं और अधिकारियों को सोच-समझकर बयान देने चाहिए ताकि सामाजिक सौहार्द बना रहे।

समाज में सौहार्द बनाए रखने की जरूरत

भारत की खासियत यही है कि यहां विभिन्न धर्मों, जातियों और विचारधाराओं के लोग मिल-जुलकर रहते हैं। लेकिन, हाल के वर्षों में धार्मिक सौहार्द को चुनौती देने वाली घटनाएं बढ़ी हैं। ऐसे में समाज के दोनों पक्षों को चाहिए कि वे एक-दूसरे की आस्था का सम्मान करें और ऐसा कोई भी कार्य न करें जिससे अशांति फैले।

भाईचारे का संकल्प लें

होली और जुम्मे की नमाज़ के इस संयोग को टकराव के बजाय सौहार्द के अवसर के रूप में देखना चाहिए। प्रशासन को ऐसे बयान देने चाहिए जो समाज को जोड़ने में सहायक हों, न कि उसे विभाजित करने वाले बनें। इस होली पर हम सभी को यह संकल्प लेना चाहिए कि कोई भी रंग आपसी प्रेम और भाईचारे से ऊपर नहीं होगा और कोई भी इबादत इंसानियत से बड़ी नहीं होगी।
