रांची, 11 मार्च 2025 – झारखंड में शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में बदलाव की बयार बह रही है, और रांची स्थित राजकीयकृत प्राथमिक विद्यालय, मुरुम (कांके) इस दिशा में नई मिसाल कायम कर रहा है। यहां शिक्षकों ने टीएलएम (टीचिंग लर्निंग मैटेरियल्स) आधारित शिक्षा पद्धति को अपनाकर न केवल बच्चों की शिक्षा को रोचक बनाया है, बल्कि उनके समग्र विकास की दिशा में भी अहम कदम उठाए हैं।

टीएलएम: बच्चों के लिए शिक्षा का नया आयाम

विद्यालय के प्रधान शिक्षक ओम प्रकाश मिश्रा के नेतृत्व में प्रत्येक कक्षा, विषय और पाठ्यक्रम के अनुसार विशेष रूप से टीएलएम सामग्री विकसित की गई है। इसमें चार्ट्स, मॉडल्स, चित्र, फ्लैश कार्ड्स, ऑडियो-वीडियो उपकरण और डिजिटल संसाधनों का उपयोग किया जाता है। इस आधुनिक शिक्षण प्रणाली ने बच्चों की सीखने की रुचि को बढ़ावा दिया है और शिक्षा को एक संवादात्मक अनुभव में परिवर्तित किया है।

पारंपरिक शिक्षा से अलग, नया और प्रभावी तरीका
