जानिए सुदिव्य-इरफान आपस में क्यों उलझे, दोनों मंत्रियों में बहस से सदन का माहौल गरमाया

रांची : राज्य के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ इरफान अंसारी अक्सर अपने विवादित बयानों से चर्चा के केंद्र में आ जाते हैं. शुक्रवार को इस बार सदन में वे संसदीय कार्य मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार सोनू पर ही तंज कस दिया. इसके बाद दोनों ओर से वाद-विवाद शुरू हो गया. स्वास्थ्य मंत्री इरफान अंसारी और नगर विकास मंत्री सुदिव्य सोनू के बीच हुई बहस से सदन का माहौल गर्म हो गया।

दरअसल, तारांकित प्रश्नकाल के दौरान कांग्रेस विधायक प्रदीप यादव ने गोड्डा में नर्सिंग कॉलेज शुरू करने का मुद्दा उठाया। इस सवाल का जवाब इरफान अंसारी ने दिया। उन्होंने प्रदीप यादव से कहा कि आप पांच बार के विधायक हैं। अभी तक आप नर्सिंग कॉलेज नहीं बनवा सके।

प्रदीप यादव ने इसपर कहा कि पहले सवाल को ठीक से पढ़ लीजिए। गोड्डा में नर्सिंग कॉलेज बनकर तैयार है। उन्होंने मंत्री से पूछा कि वहां पढ़ाई कब से शुरू होगी। साथ ही यह भी बताएं कि यह कॉलेज कब बना है।

सदन किसी की व्यक्तिगत संपत्ति नहीं :  सुदिव्य

इसी बीच संसदीय कार्य मंत्री सोनू खड़े होकर सदस्यों को नसीहत दे डाली। उन्होंने कहा कि सदन में ऑब्जेक्टिव जवाब और ऑब्जेक्टिव सवाल नहीं आ रहे हैं। सदन में कटाक्ष की भाषा ठीक नहीं है। बाद में उन्होंने यहां तक कहा कि सदन किसी की व्यक्तिगत संपत्ति नहीं है। मामला और गरम होने से पूर्व इरफान अंसारी ने खुद को संभाला. मंत्री ने कहा कि 6 महीने के अंदर नर्सिंग कॉलेज चालू कर दिया जाएगा।

बता दें कि राधा कृष्ण किशोर के अस्पताल में भर्ती होने के कारण सुदिव्य कुमार ही संसदीय कार्य की जिम्मेदारी निभा रहे हैं। इरफान अंसारी ने सुदिव्य सोनू की एक टिप्पणी पर जवाब देते हुए कहा कि वे बहुत जानकार हो गए हैं, इस कारण वह हर बात पर फुदकने लगते हैं।

इसपर सुदिव्य ने कहा कि इस तरह के विषयों पर कटाक्ष करना सही नहीं है। सदन की मर्यादा का ध्यान रखना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सदन किसी की व्यक्तिगत संपत्ति नहीं है। यह लोकाचार का मामला है। इस घटना से सदन में कुछ देर के लिए तनाव का माहौल बन गया। हालांकि, बाद में मामला शांत हो गया. विपक्ष इस नजारे का आनंद ले रहा था.
