गुमला में ‘उज्जना बिज्जना योजना’ के तहत महिला उद्यमिता को बढ़ावा देने हेतु उपायुक्त गुमला की अध्यक्षता में हुई विशेष समीक्षा बैठक

गुमला : – गुमला जिले में महिला सशक्तिकरण और स्थानीय उद्यमिता को नई उड़ान देने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल करते हुए , गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में ‘उज्जना बिज्जना योजना’ के अंतर्गत एक विशेष समीक्षात्मक बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। इस बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य जिले में संचालित महिला समूहों एवं नवगठित एफपीओ द्वारा चलाए जा रहे उत्पादों और आजीविका परियोजनाओं की समीक्षा कर उन्हें लाभप्रद एवं सशक्त बनाने की दिशा में ठोस रणनीति बनाना था।

बैठक में उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा कि जिला प्रशासन महिला उद्यमियों एवं ग्रामीण उत्पादकों को एक सशक्त कारोबारी पहचान दिलाने के लिए हरसंभव सहयोग प्रदान करेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि जोहार रागी, कस्तूरी और सुपरनोवा जैसे ब्रांड न केवल जिले की पहचान बनते जा रहे हैं, बल्कि ग्रामीण महिलाओं के जीवन में बदलाव की नई इबारत भी लिख रहे हैं। इन उत्पादों को राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार तक पहुँचाने के लिए सुनियोजित प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।

बैठक के दौरान सुपरनोवा उत्पाद की लागत एवं इसे खुली बाजार में लाभप्रद तरीके से बेचने की योजना पर चर्चा की गई। उपायुक्त गुमला की पहल से जोहार रागी के विभिन्न उत्पाद अब Amazon, Blinkit एवं अपना मार्ट जैसे ई-कॉमर्स प्लेटफॉर्म्स पर उपलब्ध हैं, जिससे इनकी पहुँच देशभर के उपभोक्ताओं तक सुनिश्चित हो रही है। उपायुक्त ने ई-कॉमर्स बिजनेस को और अधिक प्रभावी तरीके से विकसित करने पर विशेष बल देते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। साथ ही उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि इसी तरह अन्य महिला उद्यमियों और एफपीओ संचालित उत्पादों को भी डिजिटल बाजार से जोड़ते हुए विस्तृत रूप देना अत्यंत आवश्यक है।

बताते चलें कि गुमला जिले के शहरी एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में संचालित लगभग 30 व्यवसाय, जिनका संचालन स्वयं सहायता समूह (SHG) की महिलाओं द्वारा किया जा रहा है, तथा जिन FPO ने बेहतर कार्य किया है, उन्हें चिन्हित करते हुए उनके विस्तारीकरण की दिशा में ठोस योजनाओं पर गहन विचार-विमर्श हुआ। इन सफल उद्यमियों को तकनीकी, वित्तीय एवं विपणन सहायता देकर एक स्थायी और मॉडल आधारित व्यापार प्रणाली के रूप में विकसित करने की योजना पर विशेष रूप से चर्चा हुई।

बैठक में दीदी कैफे, वनोपज मूल्य संवर्धन केंद्र (VDVK), कस्तूरी और डुमरी एग्रो टेक जैसे केंद्रों के भवनों के नवीनीकरण, गुमला हाट के निर्माण, घाघरा एफपीओ रिटेल शॉप की स्थिति और औरापाठ सहित अन्य क्षेत्रों में संचालित livelihood projects की अद्यतन प्रगति पर भी गहन चर्चा हुई। जोहार, कस्तूरी एवं फार्म-टू-प्लेट जैसे उत्पादों के निर्यात को बढ़ावा देने की योजनाएं और पोल्ट्री एवं अंडा उत्पादन के लिए किसानों को केसीसी ऋण सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के प्रयासों पर भी विशेष ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया।

बैठक में पोल्ट्री फीड मिल को सौर ऊर्जा से संचालित करने की दिशा में आवश्यक कदम उठाए जाने पर भी चर्चा हुई, जिससे उत्पादन लागत घटे और पर्यावरण के अनुकूल समाधान सुनिश्चित हो सके। विशुनपुर में चल रही मत्स्य पालन परियोजना और दीदी कैफे प्रशिक्षण जैसी आजीविका गतिविधियों को और प्रभावी एवं व्यावसायिक बनाने के लिए संबंधित विभागों को निर्देश दिए गए।

इस बैठक में PD ITDA, DPO, DPM JSLPS, अविनाश पाठक, एलीना दास समेत विभिन्न विभागों के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
