झारखंड में डिजिटल खतियान सुधार के लिए शुरू हुआ ‘परिशोधन पोर्टल’, आम जनता कर सकेंगे ऑनलाइन शिकायत

झारखंड सरकार ने राज्य के डिजिटल खतियानों और जमाबंदी रजिस्टर में हुई त्रुटियों को सुधारने के लिए एक नया ‘परिशोधन’ पोर्टल लॉन्च किया है। यह पहल सभी 268 अंचलों में डिजिटाइजेशन के दौरान सामने आई गलतियों के निवारण हेतु शुरू की गई है। अब रैयत और आम जनता https://jharbhoomi.jharkhand.gov.in/ पर जाकर ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकेंगे।

राज्य के राजस्व, निबंधन और भूमि सुधार विभाग ने सभी अंचलों के खतियान और जमाबंदी (पंजी-II) को डिजिटाइज कर जनता के लिए झारभूमि पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध करा दिया है।

हालांकि, डिजिटाइजेशन के दौरान कई दस्तावेजों में रैयतों के नाम, पता, जाति, खाता संख्या, प्लॉट नंबर, रकबा, लगान और चौहद्दी की गलत प्रविष्टियां देखी गईं। इसके अलावा, कुछ जमाबंदियों में खाता संख्या, प्लॉट नंबर और लगान की जानकारी छूट गई है।

इन त्रुटियों के समाधान हेतु ‘परिशोधन पोर्टल’ विकसित किया गया है। इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से नागरिक ऑनलाइन शिकायत दर्ज कर सकते हैं, जिसमें:

• गलत प्रविष्टि का सुधार

• छुटे हुए खतियान/जमाबंदी की प्रविष्टि

शिकायतों का निपटारा अंचल कार्यालय द्वारा, सरकारी अभिलेखों की जाँच के बाद ही किया जाएगा, जिससे पारदर्शिता और प्रमाणिकता सुनिश्चित हो सके।

सरकार की मंशा और पारदर्शिता:

इस पहल का उद्देश्य न केवल प्रशासनिक प्रक्रियाओं में पारदर्शिता लाना है, बल्कि आम नागरिकों को भूमि अभिलेखों की सटीक जानकारी भी देना है। विभाग ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया है कि सभी सुधार प्रक्रिया राजकीय रिकॉर्ड के सत्यापन के आधार पर ही की जाएगी।
