गुमला में उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में NCORD, खनन और सड़क सुरक्षा की संयुक्त समीक्षा बैठक, नशीले पदार्थों व सड़क हादसों पर सख्ती के निर्देश

गुमला में उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में NCORD समिति, कारा, अवैध खनन और सड़क सुरक्षा से जुड़ी समेकित समीक्षा बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक में नशीले पदार्थों की बिक्री पर रोक, सड़क दुर्घटनाओं की रोकथाम और खनन गतिविधियों की निगरानी सहित कई विषयों पर निर्देश दिए गए।

नशीले पदार्थों पर कार्रवाई के निर्देश:

NCORD समिति की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने जिले में अवैध रूप से बिकने वाले नशीले पदार्थों पर सख्त कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि विद्यालय और कॉलेज परिसरों के 100 गज के दायरे में किसी भी तरह का तंबाकू, गुटखा या गांजा बेचना पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित है।

उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि नियमित जांच और छापेमारी की जाए ताकि छात्र नशे की चपेट में न आएं। अवैध बिक्री में लिप्त दुकानदारों और सप्लायर्स के विरुद्ध कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी। सभी अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी एवं पुलिस अधिकारियों को साप्ताहिक समीक्षा बैठकें करने का निर्देश भी दिया गया।

सड़क सुरक्षा की समीक्षा और मुआवजा प्रक्रिया:

सड़क सुरक्षा समिति की समीक्षा बैठक में पिछले एक वर्ष में हुई दुर्घटनाओं और उनके कारणों पर विस्तृत चर्चा हुई। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि सड़क हादसों में मारे गए लोगों के परिजनों को समय पर मुआवजा राशि दी जानी चाहिए।

उन्होंने यह भी जानकारी दी कि:

• सड़क सुरक्षा योजना के तहत मृतक के परिजनों को ₹2 लाख

• आपदा प्रबंधन निधि से ₹1 लाख का मुआवजा
  प्रदान किया जाता है। सभी लाभुकों को इन योजनाओं का समय पर लाभ दिलाने के निर्देश संबंधित विभागों को दिए गए।

बसिया रोड के क्षतिग्रस्त गार्ड वॉल को शीघ्र मरम्मत कराने का निर्देश भी अभियंता राजकीय पथ प्रमंडल को दिया गया, ताकि सड़क दुर्घटनाओं को रोका जा सके।

खनन और कारा व्यवस्था की समीक्षा:

खनन टास्क फोर्स की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने अवैध खनन गतिविधियों पर सतर्क निगरानी और छापेमारी अभियान तेज करने के निर्देश दिए।

कारा व्यवस्थाओं की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने जेल प्रशासन को नियमों का कड़ाई से पालन सुनिश्चित करने और सभी आवश्यक व्यवस्थाओं को दुरुस्त बनाए रखने का आदेश दिया।

बैठक में उपस्थिति:

इस समीक्षा बैठक में गुमला वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी, सभी एसडीओ, सिविल सर्जन, डीएसपी, जिला खनन पदाधिकारी, परिवहन विभाग, शिक्षा अधीक्षक, मोटरयान निरीक्षक, कार्यपालक अभियंता (राजकीय व राष्ट्रीय उच्च पथ), परियोजना निदेशक, और अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
